Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
Yea, as I pointed out in the TOLD YOU SO thread, my new source was obviously off their rocker since all they gave me 4 names, London Grammar, FTP, Young The Giant, and Outkast (which I never posted cause I knew it was wrong).
What's FUNNY though, is that this person IS actually in a position to find stuff out, lol. O'well. They're the ones who gave me that lineup poster template, which turned out to be the one that was actually used.
Anyone think we may get a little sit in from the gal that played the drums for the white stripes (sorry im drawing a blank on her name right now) maybe a halfass reunion of sorts...

Really the hatred on facebook is real lol people are going crazy on there
I hope it continues so there's no sell out until April/May/June. The longer I have for friends to get tickets the better.
I honestly kind of do too. It's hard convincing people to go somewhere that really has to be experienced to fully grasp. I feel it'll be similar to last year though. Tickets should be open until early June/late May.
Jack took her name when they married and kept it after they separated. He's an eccentric.
Part of the reason that White Stripes are no more is because Meg didn't want to continue playing (probably due to her stage fright.) I highly doubt she'll be there. Maybe Seasick Steve or Alison Mosshart.
(1) Damon Albarn (2) Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds (3) King Khan & His Shrines (4) Ty Segall (5) Ms Lauryn Hill (6) Darkside (7) Kanye (8) Janelle Monae (9) Goat (10) Meshuggah.
I'm going to assume that some of you are very young to not understand how big Lionel Richie is, the guy is a legend. If it were up to me he'd be billed a helluva lot higher than Kanye.
So what you're saying is we're going to pit for Lionel! Alright you don't have to beg I'll do it.

Bonnaroo at birth
"Wake up to find out that you are the eyes of the world!" "If you get confused, just listen to the music play" Bonnaroo at 13
"All them other ni**as lame and you know it now, when a real ni**a hold you down, you supposed to drown" "(I got that hot bitch in my home) You know how many hot bitches I own?"
I was initially not too pleased with the lineup, but It's growing on me. Elton will be good even if I am, as usual, completely exhausted by Sunday night. Don't like Kanye, but I'll check it out. I doubt there will be any problems and the Kanye fans will love it. Jack White is cool, not sure if he's truly headliner level now, but whatever, it'll be a good show. I never cared for Lionel's solo stuff, but I loved the Commodores("Brick House" on the farm, think about it). We will all be singing and crying to "We Are The World". Arctic Monkeys, Vampire Weekend, and Phoenix are all good younger bands that could all be headliners in the near future. The Jambands are there in greater numbers than last year, I'm particularly looking forward to seeing White Denim again. I guess I will stop there, but there's some serious depth to this lineup. I hope to see everyone on the farm.
I never thought about him playing We Are the World. That would be a perfect song for roo. I'm going to go ahead and start crying now to cut down on my tears on the farm.

I'm ok with Lionel being there but not with his spot. There are so many acts right now that could take that spot. Several who could take Jack's spot. I think Lionel is tossing money around to promote his "All night long all the hits" tour. Which is probably why we have such a strong undercard. All in all I will get more than my money's worth but I just feel like they settled this year when it could have been great.
Big misses: Beck, The Allman Brothers Band (final tour), Chic/Nile Rodgers (more relevant than Lionel), Deltron 3030 (Albarn/Gorillaz)
Would have been nice: TAB , Galactic, Lettuce, Childish Gambino, Run The Jewels, Moon Taxi

Saw Jack White headline the first Firefly and my initial reaction was that he wasn't a strong enough headliner, but I left having his set be my favorite of the weekend. He plays a good variety of all of his bands songs and his band behind him was just nasty. Daru Jones is a beast of a drummer and super entertaining to watch.
In other news I can't believe I'm missing this year. This lineup is just amazing really. I don't know how people are finding any way to complain. It's the best of the ones out there right now IMO.

I have 2 former attendees ready to go, another 2 that went to Coachella with me, and about 4-5 others in the works. Didn't they sell 125,000 in 2011?
