I'm really hoping st. Vincent is there. I've just recently gotten into her
Seen her once with David Byrne(which if you haven't listen to their album you should) and once by herself. Can't imagine seeing her on a lineup and being like nah I'll pass.

I would love to see her. We tried to see her at ACL, but there were a bunch of conflicts this year and it seemed impossible to navigate Zilker this year, it seemed like some people were too big for the stages that they played on and it really messed up getting around.

That show was one of the best of 2013. Tame Impala>David Byrne/St. Vincent, I'm drooling, I'd say it's too good to be true if I hadn't experienced it first hand.

St. Vincent solo way better than with David Byrne, she can really play the guitar and I feel like there was less of that when she was with David Byrne. But yeah one of my favorite shows from 2013 as well.
I'm not saying that he'll be there, but that his tour dates don't rule him out. That looks good to me. Not sure how I'm getting ahead of myself with that.

I've hear her guitar skills are extraordinary but I'm a huge Talking Heads fan so it was almost surreal for me.

I feel so alone in my opinion that every album St. Vincent releases is worse than the last. Marry Me is easily her best album, and I hate her live performances so much for totally neglecting all of that material. No, I don't want to see Your Lips Are Red performed fifteen times when there are ten other songs on that record.

I had kind of written off future islands as contenders to play roo, assuming they were wrapping up touring. looks like I was wrong and they'll be on the festival circuit again.
I haven't seen them yet and reallyyyy want [need] to.

The only part of this I agree with is that she should play more from the first album.

I've heard multiple people (here and on Reddit) claim that Of Monsters and Men are touring the U.S. next spring. Does anyone actually have any concrete evidence that this is true? I know they're in the process of recording a new album, but as far as I'm aware they haven't announced any tour plans for 2015.
Prince - TOOL - The Dead - Drake - My Morning Jacket Calvin Harris - Beck - Kendrick Lamar - Bassnectar - Pixies Lana Del Ray - Modest Mouse - Primus - Tame Impala - The Roots
Friday What: Beck -> Prince Which: Tame Impala -LN-> Calvin Harris -> Primus
Saturday What: Lana Del Ray -> Tool -> MMJ Which: Modest Mouse -> The Roots -LN-> Kendrick Lamar -> Bassnectar
Do people seriously think that Tool could headline? They'd get Which stage at best. Also, bummer that FKA Twigs won't make it, would've been a great Thursday nighter.

They headlined in 2007. I don't doubt that they'd headline again.

When I see them in January I will try and stalk/ask them about Roo
