Im assuming the undercard will be something like (no specific order) St Vincent, Modest Mouse, Weezer, Florence and the Machine, Robert Plant, Alabama Shakes, Bassnectar, Tame Impala, DFA1979, Alt-J, FlyLo, Flume, RTJ, Mac Demarco, Moon Taxi, Panda Bear, Ratatat, The War On Drugs, Caribou, Trampled By Turtles, Vance Joy, Future Islands.

Really hoping for Ratatat, Future Islands, and Tame Impala. Neither of those have been confirmed but seem possible/likely.

No, they're playing Northside on Sunday, so they'll have to be at roo on Friday

Shit, my bad, I've read it on the boards so many times that I forgot it isn't announced. They did the same thing in 2013. They played roo Thursday and Northside Saturday. So people are applying the same scenario to this year but they obviously can't play Thursday.

I would have bet money on Primus and modest mouse playing this year. Now I'm not feeling good about either.
I am just hoping for les in any of his instrumental outfits. Also someone mentioned bela fleck coming around, fingers crossed to get my wooten / claypool fix in one weekend.
So I saw this show at Hopscotch this year.. These guys may not have the exposure yet to do Roo, but I'd love to see them in an afternoon tent or even one of small "new music" stages.

Anybody else notice that TVOTR has been scarce on the festival circuit this year? Same with DFA1979? Passion pit? Alt-J? What gives haha.
I think it's a bit too early to make that judgment call. Only a handful of festivals have announced their full lineups. Passion Pit is already scheduled to play three U.S. festivals in March, and in addition to Coachella, Alt-J will be playing festivals in Europe throughout the summer, so those two will be active this year. Not sure how active TVOTR and DFA1979 will be on the festival circuit (both bands played a few festivals last year).
