If you gave me a little guidance since I don't really know your taste in music, I could narrow that list down.
that's pretty spot on. i like Tribe called Red in there too
I would say the must see act of the undercard would be Cloud Nothings. They've received hype from P4K and Stereogum, but they're still a fairly small band. Their new album drops in April and I bet they'll gain some tremendous momentum going into Roo because of it. Plus they are excellent live.

If you like jazz music at all check out Jon Batiste. At only 26, he is quickly becoming a superstar in the world of jazz music.
Indeed. Their album last year made some really cool Best of Jazz lists last year and had some really positive write ups. Here, for example: Jon Batiste - Social Music

Allah-Las I was not expecting on the Roo lineup!! Their debut album is really good. Classixx is really great too! Ty Segall has sooo much music for being so young, but he can do it all.

We just saw St Paul and the Broken Bones last night in Atlanta. I can honesty tell you that it was amongst the best shows I have ever seen live and we have been concert goers for 25 years now. Can't wait for them to be at Roo and hope they get treated like The Revivalists last year and have a total of three sets spread out. Amazing energy. Pure emotion in the songs. Paul Janeway bares his soul in every word he sings. He took us to church last night. And they have trumpets so, yeah.

Everything this man said.
It's possible I'm more excited about the bottom half. I have goosebumps.
