I'm curious if a lot of people voted for Kanye because they legitimately like his music, or if they just voted to spite everyone.

This is such a ludicrous statement. Elton has one of the greatest discographys of all time, let alone Bonnaroo 2014. Lionel Richie has a better discography than Kanye. I've already said that I'm a fan of Kanyes music but gimme a break already with Kanye being the greatest artist of our day. I find it funny that when you go to Bonnaroos website Kanye isn't even in the top 10 for most liked artists for this year, that says a lot to me considering thousands have chosen artists there. I'm not surprised that Kanye beat Elton here, considering less than 50 voted. Hopefully he puts on an excellent show, only time will tell.

Just because you think Kanye has the greatest discography doesn't mean it's true. Elton John has a ridiculous discography, 31 studio albums compared to Kanye's 7? That's a joke. I don't feel the need to list the rest of Elton's work because you're obviously swinging from Kanye's nuts. Lionel Richie has 9 studio albums, not to mention his work as lead singer of the Commodores. Age has nothing to do with this, it's the body of work and success of it. One trend I noticed with Kanye, every album he makes sells less than the previous. How long has Yeezus been out? It's barely made gold. Lionel Richie's album "can't slow down" is better than any Kanye album. I don't care if you or anybody else on here disagree. Of course record sales doesn't mean everything, but it does mean something.
Btw, I said "liked" not "adds". If you use the mobile app you can like individual artists. Currently Kanye is ranked #5 but the Bonnaroo website is messed up because a bunch of artists aren't even listed on the app. Last I checked, a couple days ago, Kanye was number 11 behind the Flaming lips, who aren't even listed now. Currently it has Cage the Elephant, Skrillex, and Cake top 3, Kanye at 4.

Ever heard of quality control? The Fall have about thirty studio albums. Must be the greatest band of all time.
Also, how can you use Kanye being ranked #11 to make an argument against him but then claim the app/site is messed up and can't be trusted.
