This was one of my favorite sets of the weekend! The music was amazing and they obviously were loving every second of being on that stage. I can see these guys moving to better time slots, kind of like avetts and mmj did, over the coming years!

My favorite sets at Bonnaroo are usually the ones where I can tell the singer/band are genuinely excited to be there and understand it is something special to play at this festival. This set was like that from start to finish. I could not see because I was not quite close enough, but I imagined he was getting teared up a little when he paused and the crowd continually kept cheering louder and louder. A very special moment indeed.

I was dead center on the rail...he didn't just tear up, he cried. Amazing to see the love he had for the crowd and for Bonnaroo. I had never heard of them before, needless to say, I am now a fan.
Great set on the live stream. Can not wait to catch these guys live. What stands out to me is when he said he use to be one of us, just someone in the crowd, and then he went on to name the years he attended Bonnaroo. Yes, he was excited, honored, humbled and quacking proud to be on that stage.
This was one of my favorite shows, not only because of the entertainment but because of Paul's sincerity. Not only was it a special moment for him to be on that stage but I think it made Bonnaroo that much more of a special place to me. Dreams come true here and we're a part of it.

Yes. I cried too. I imagine some other people were as well.
Presale up for shows in Charlotte, DC, Boston, Charlottesville, St. Louis, Chicago, Detroit, Akron, Toronto, Pittsburgh, and Birmingham.
Based on the venue size in Chicago, they played 2 under 1k capacity shows here in the spring and are now at the Metro which much bigger. Judging by their placement on recently announced festivals it looks like they are taking off.
The fake plastic trees cover was so different from the original. I seriously didn't even realize he was singing it till I heard him say "She looks like the real thing". It was still awesome though.

He listed all the times that he had been a Bonnaroo attendee. It seemed like at least 6 or 7.
When they played Columbus I got to talk to the trombone player (tall blonde one) for like an hour after the show and we talked about Bonnaroo. He said that out of every show they've booked, including all the European stuff & late night talk shows and everything, Bonnaroo was the show they were most excited about playing. He said that every member of the band had been to Bonnaroo GA more than once, and that they all had felt like booking Bonnaroo was their "made it" moment. I really wanted to see their set at Roo, they're always great, but I knew that this would be a special show to them. I think it's so sweet he cried, would love to see that video if anyone has it...
