LD had contributed nothing to the town besides his obligatory votes. I even tried to engaged him and got nothing besides his usual goof bs response. That, and the use on o'neil voting for him when she did.. My suspicions of o'neil led me to LD, along with his quietness and lack of cooperation in the game. There's no ranking system with me, I'm either suspicious of someone being mafia or I'm not. I looked at how I thought things would play out if I stayed on o'neil. I didn't see it going anywhere braised on how the game was going, and where prople wre sitting. My vote for LD accomplished 2 things for me, and would have done more if o'neil had of moved off him.
Mike, my initial vote for LD was NOT ONLY to handcuff o'neil, I've said this many times already. There is more than enough on LD to be suspicious of. More than most.

over simplifying is why nobody agreed with you. You're doing it again right here. I just explained myself to mike d so I'm not doing it again.
I'm not over-simplifying anything. It's Boner who made things overly complicated by worrying about freeing up votes, etc. (and Mike D agrees that is not a good strategy when deciding your vote). What I keep harping on IS simple. Boner said he's suspicious of O'neil and then removed her from the runoff and switched his vote to the same person o'neil was voting for. It's that simple. Just because Boner's "reason" for doing this was provided doesn't mean it was a good or logical decision at all whatsoever, and that's my point. I'm not ignoring that Boner provided a justification for removing O'neil from the runoff (despite claiming to be suspicious of her) - what I'm ignoring is Boner's pretense that his "justification" for removing O'neil from the runoff is grounded in any logic.
But I'm done beating this dead horse. This will be my last post on the subject.

I'm keeping my vote on Hakuna because I feel like he's been disingenuous the entire game. He's made a lot of posts without actually provided the townies (i.e. me) with any useful advice/insight/etc. IMO. At least for me. He's made a lot of very general and vague statements. In my experience with Hakuna, this is absolutely unlike him. I usually find him to be very helpful/insightful when I am a townie. I'm not going to pretend like I've got things all figured out like Boner and Hakuna seem to, especially because we lack much of a voting record. This early in the game I still need to go with my gut.
Generally speaking, I think we should have another runoff with 2 people. 2 of Hakuna, Pfunk, LD (in no particular order with reference to Pfunk/LD) strike me as particularly right. The surfbum whack could be a diversion or not. I don't know. LD is being annoyingly quiet/unhelpful. It's really hard to read him...but I don't mind having him continue in the runoff b/c I like to see how people react to LD being in a position of vulnerability. I tend to think O'neil is not mafia ONLY for the reason that it seems illogical for an inspector to vote for his given name in round 1. So even if surfbum was inspector or a diversionary whack, I don't think there is enough to kill O'neil yet.
You keep harping on me removing from the runoff and blah blah blah, but you never once mention where I stated that I had suspicions of LD, that this wasn't simply just to make a play on o'neil, but that I thought LD was also suspicious, and I posted a theory connecting them. You are still picking parts of my posts and ignoring others. I'm only trying to fill in the gaps you CONTINUALLY leave out.

Admittedly I'm playing different. I'm just really frustrated with this game. You harped on my acting disengenuous, I won't argue that. There has been a minimal amount of bak an forth, I don't know if people are worried about getting voted off or what but people have been constantly dancing around saying anything of real substance. I've made it abubdently clear I believe oneil is mafia. If everyone doesn't agree with me that's fine, but somebody give me somethjng else to work with. It seems to me everyone is approaching this as a day 1, and it's not. I can't recall more then 2 other people offering thoughts as to why surfbum was whacked and that's just wild to me. I'd much rather loose taking a shot than taking the easy route and voting off someone like LD or myself. If there was even a minimal thought in my mind that roonecter was mafia if say fine kill me or LD.

Sorry for the double but Jimmy, just curious as I'm not totally clear on where you stand on Boner. You said you don't tend to think oneil is Mafia, but bring up boner ultimately saving her.
Do you think he's mafia and and was doing it for a different reason or do you think it's just bad play? I'm just not connecting the dots here or completely overthinking the matter.
I have no idea if O'neil is mafia. However, I tend to think that the whack doesn't point to her.
My comments on Boner are just to point out what I see to be a connection between them. Or maybe it's just poor play on Boner's part. I think ive made it pretty clear what my opinion is with regards to that.

but then i stated my concerns about how well that runoff would turn out as it was, with o'neil having a swing vote if i stayed on her. Why do i continuously have to repeat myself in this game. i'm ready to just ignore this thread all together. I think O.Neil and LD are mafia. i cant vote for both of them, i choose the one who would have less chance of saving them self. Maybe see if O'neil would try to save LD in a runoff.

That's what I'm saying. I'm not much better at being quiet than he is, but at least I'm trying when I have the time. LD has only voted for a guy he doesn't actually believe in, so why should he continue playing this game?
I am keeping my vote where it is, but really did not see why LD ended up being such a big figure in the runoff, would have been much more plausible to have o'neil there with the way conversations were going, so it looked incredibly shady for pfunk to throw that third vote on LD
Everything I do is shady to you, mainly because everything you do is shady to me. We might be best friends someday away from this game, but for right now, do you really feel my vote for LD is unjustified? Where would you rather I put my vote? Did you read what I wrote of LD, or what LD has contributed to this game?

Left to vote: Dr. Joe (Hakuna is not in the runoff, so your vote is invalid - please vote again. Hakuna & Mike seem pretty locked in, so I will not extend voting past the stated deadline for you).
It's hard for me to vote because I really don't know. But my gut is telling me the whack is just a facade. Doesn't help that LD is playing like someone that doesn't want the town to figure anything out.
Also, Hakuna (who saw my posts/vote last night and commented) - why didn't you mention that It's a 2 way runoff to me? Did you also forget you're not in the runoff?
