THURSDAY: The Wild Feathers > Jonathan Wilson (Partial) > St.Johns > MS MR > Wander around >Omar Souleyman (moving up for....) > White Denim
FRIDAY: St. Paul & The Broken Bones > Dr. Dog > Jake Bugg > Andrew Bird > Vampire Weekend > Kanye West > Superjam ? > Chance the Rapper
SATUDAY: Seasick Steve (partial) > Valerie June (partial) > First Aid Kit > Cake > Cage The Elephant > Phosphorescent > Lionel (partial from the pit line) > Jack White (PIT) > Nick Cave > Darkside
SUNDAY: Carolina Choc. Drops (partial) > Lake Street Dive > Sarah Jarosz > Arctic Monkeys (Pit) > Avett Brothers > Bluegrass Situation (partial) > Elton John
I think this schedule is pretty realistic and hits on most of the bands I really want to see. I really wish there was something before White Denim that was on my radar, but I guess you can't have everything. I'll get funky with a little world music, I guess.
I've made the decision to go to Phosphorescent instead of getting in line for Jack earlier. I just can't pass up a chance at seeing Muchacho live on the farm. I really hope that getting to the pit line after Lionel starts is sufficient.
This year, the late night sets are all so conflicting.. and usually by that time of night I just go with whatever I'm feeling at the moment.. This year is gonna be catching a lot of half sets.
Friday: Brunch----->Disclosure/Superjam (Hey it's my first brunch)
A couple of years ago my Friday was a wash because of Brunch. I didn't see any music until much later in the day because I was busy riding the water slide and stumbling around with a couple of Aussies.

Now you're just scaring me. I don't want to miss jake Bugg, vw, nmh, Phoenix, and the head&the heart. Damn conflicts. Although if the Aussies were busty and hot--water slide would be one way to resolve those conflicts.
Nope. No bust except my own. I had an absolute blast with them. I didn't mind at all. If there was something I was itching to see I would have ghosted out. We did see something shortly after that picture was taken. But I don't remember what.
Yes we were. I remember getting home and doing my post-roo laundry and the name tag was still on that dress. It was more or less liquified at that point.

Thursday: Robert Delong -> ?? -> Break Science or Cherub(real tough conflict for me) -> Polica -> Ty Segall
Friday: Big Sams Funky Nation -> Dr. Dog -> Umphrey's Mcgee -> Janelle Monae -> Vampire Weekend -> Phenonix -> Kanye West -> Disclosure -> Skrillex -> Chance the Rapper
Saturday: Classixx -> Tedeschi Trucks Band -> Cake -> Damon Albarn -> Chromeo(omg) -> Cut/Copy(omg) -> Jack White -> The Flaming Lips -> Zedd
Sunday: Goat -> Arctic Monkeys -> Washed Out -> Little Dragon -> Elton
I'm so ready now. Last week I really didn't know if I was going to go but I made the decision to take the plunge and go a couple of days ago and now the schedule is out and it's awesome ^____^
But the bohemian girl in me wants to plead(not yell) for you guys to, once again, check out the Avetts. They make you have those FEELS. And if I were there I would totally be reliving my Sunday "cry at the music" moment.
But the bohemian girl in me wants to plead(not yell) for you guys to, once again, check out the Avetts. They make you have those FEELS. And if I were there I would totally be reliving my Sunday "cry at the music" moment.
Please see them.
I tried to watch them at bonnaroo 2012, no bueno man. I just don't get that type of music. I need good bass and drums most of the time. I couldn't even appreciate Neutral Milk Hotel at Mountain Oasis last year, it bored me to death. :\
Also, Little Dragon is far and away in my most anticipated show of the weekend. I'll be there before Washed Out trying to get as close as I can
and i'm not going to lie, this is based off the leaked schedule, but i hear it's pretty close to the real one so here we go.... right now i'm looking at:
THURSDAY preatures (pretty upset about rudimental though) > robert delonge > zz ward > ms mr > cloud nothings > banks > white denim > ty segall
FRIDAY st paul > sam smith > umph vs ben howard vs jake bugg* > janelle monae* vs andrew bird > vw* vs nmh vs cvrches > kanye > disclosure > end of superjam
SATURDAY cake* vs bobby womack > damon albarn* vs grouplove > chromeo* vs slightly stoopid vs phosphorescent > lauryn hill* vs cut/copy vs james blake > nappy poo > frank ocean* vs nick cave > kaskade* vs glitch mob vs darkside vs zedd (this big ole cluster hurts, i'll prob go with kaskade and catch what i can of darkside)
SUNDAY capital cities > arctic monkeys > broken bells* vs washed out > avett bros vs little dragon > elton
the asterisks denote the people i'm leaning towards winning out in the conflicts
i need help with avetts vs little dragon... i can def see avetts again, but going with avetts gives me the better spot for elton....
Thursday The Preatures -> Allah-Las -> Caveman -> Real Estate -> Cloud Nothings - > Banks -> Pusha T/Ty Segall
Friday Brunch -> Dr. Dog -> Danny Brown -> Andrew Bird -> Neutral Milk Hotel -> Kanyeezus -> Mastodon -> Jam Superjam -> Chance the Rapper
Saturday Classixx -> King Khan -> Cake -> Cage the Elephant -> Chromeo -> Cut/Copy -> Jack White (unless something fun comes up) -> Nick Cave -> Darkside
Sunday Those Darlins -> Goat -> Arctic Monkeys -> Broken Bells -> Little Dragon -> Elton John
Emoney serves more of a purpose than any of you, especially Nate, whose incessant, garbled ramblings are so mindless and pointless that I get depressed just seeing them.
FRIDAY st paul > sam smith > umph vs ben howard vs jake bugg* > janelle monae* vs andrew bird > vw* vs nmh vs cvrches > kanye > disclosure > end of superjam

Now that the superjams have been fully announced I can provide a concrete schedule. Trying to fit a bunch of Comedy in Thursday since those are generally the best times for me (I'm interested in seeing some of the conflicting music acts but don't have to).
I am loving the look of my schedule.
Thursday
Comedy: Taran Killam and Friends (backup = Robert Delong) Comedy: Hannibal Buress (backup = Real Estate) Cloud Nothings (partial set) Break Science Comedy: Bonnaroo Nights with Brooks Wheelan etc (backup = Banks or Polica) Pusha T Ty Segall (partial set)
Friday
Sam Smith Umphreys McGee Master Musicians Andrew Bird (partial) Vampire Weekend Phoenix Kanye West Superjam: Derek Trucks Meshuggah or Skrillex (gametime decision)
Saturday
Tedeschi Trucks Band Drive-By Truckers James Blake Cut/Copy Jack White (partial) Superjam: Skrillex Darkside

I think I have it kind of figured out.
Thursday The Wild Feathers (for a bit then get in life for Hannibal Buress tickets) > Robert Delong > A bit of Caveman > Hannibal buress > MS MR > Break Science > Banks > J. Roddy Walston > Kins
Friday St. Paul and the Broken Bones > Seun Kuti (check line for kanye pit first) > Pit line for Kanye, Umphrey's, Janelle Monae, and VW will be a nice sound track > Mr. West > Superjam > Chance the Rapper > Skrillex if he's still going
Saturday Classixx/High and Mighty Brass Band > King Kahn > Kevin Devine > Cake > Bouncing Souls > Damon Albarn > Chromeo > Lionel > Cut/Copy/John butler Trio > A little bit of Jack White > Skrillex Super Jam for an hour > Frank Ocean > Darkside > whoever's still playing
Sunday Kansas Bible Company > Lake Street Dive > Capital Cities > Artic Monkeys > The Avett Brothers > Sir Elton
As always, I'm being overly ambitious. I expect to miss some of these (except what’s bolded) and will probably opt to stay for some full sets instead of splitting sets, or might change things up if my mood (or my friends) take me in another direction, but here goes now that it’s official:
THURSDAY
Bully > The Preatures > Allah-Lahs (partial) > Robert DeLong (partial) > Caveman > MS MR probably for logistics sake, but wish I could catch some of Real Estate and Thao > Banks > Polica > J. Roddy Walston and the Business (partial) > White Denim (partial) > Kins
FRIDAY
St. Paul & The Broken Bones (or Jon Batiste if I’m feeling more jazz than blues) > Big Sam's Funky Nation (or Seun Kuti & Egypt 80 if I’m feeling more jazz than funk) > Dr. Dog > Janelle Monae > Chvrches > Phoenix > Kanye West > Trucks Superjam > Diarrhea Planet (maybe) > Skrillex
SATURDAY
High and Mighty Brass Band > Valerie June > King Khan & the Shrines > Haerts > Typhoon (or Sonic/Solar acts I missed otherwise) > Grouplove > Chromeo > John Butler Trio (partial) > Cut/Copy (partial) > Jack White > Skrillex Superjam > The Flaming Lips > The Glitch Mob (if I’m not passed out per usual)
SUNDAY
Vance Joy, and maybe some Lake Street Dive > Capital Cities or Yonder Mountain String Band, depending on mood > Warpaint or Fitz and the Tantrums, again, depending on mood > Washed Out > end of Broken Bells > probably Little Dragon over the The Avett Brothers > Elton John
I’m more pumped for some of the smaller acts and hoping to catching some through Solar or Sonic sets instead of splitting sets (like AM and Shawn Lee, couldn’t even find away to list them here). I do have some pockets of time open, but that’s always nice for checking out the rest of the festival like Planet Roo, the ferris wheel, Broo’ers, etc. We'll see!
FRIDAY st paul > sam smith > umph vs ben howard vs jake bugg* > janelle monae* vs andrew bird > vw* vs nmh vs cvrches > kanye > disclosure > end of superjam
Wanna be my Janelle > VW > Kanye buddy?
Hellz yea. I'm thinking that's def the way go, should end up with a pretty decent spot for Kanye this way. In theory anyways.

Well the crew compared schedules tonight, and everything is pretty spot on regarding nobody having to go to a set alone. Only thing was the consensus was to reload at camp after Cut Copy, skip Jack, and get a good spot for Skrillex & Friends. (which also sends The Flaming Lips into the recycle bin). Then its off to Darkside for me and anyone who cares to join me.

Thursday: The Preatures > Jonathan Wilson, then a few members of my crew are excited to see ZZ Ward. I'm still wide open on Thursday night, pretty committed to some Silent Disco action that night because I really don't see it happening on Friday or Saturday. Also hoping to sneak some AM & Shawn Lee in there.
Friday gets serious: St Paul and The Broken Bones, Big Sam's Funky Nation, and the UMPH in a row. Heading back to the site to nap and gas up for the night ahead. Then we wanna hit Chvrches and Phoenix before the Kanye madness begins. After that it's Disclosure > Skrillex.
Saturday I'll be open-minded but I gotta catch Tedeschi Trucks, cause I'm missing the Superjam. Hoping to bounce around for quite a few midday shows Saturday because I have no major must-sees until Chromeo. From there it's Cut Copy > Jack White > Frank Ocean > Zedd.
Sunday is PERFECT. Usually I don't day drink on Friday or Saturday because it burns me out for late night, but Sunday I day drink and go hard. Arctic Monkeys are maybe my number one show this year so late afternoon is sick. From there its Broken Bells > Little Dragon > Elton to close it all out.

I'm a little surprised that I've hardly seen anyone mention anything about going to see Washed Out! Am I the only one totally psyched to see these guys at the Farm?!
Since the SuperJams were announced, now my schedule looks like this........
Thursday : Cloud Nothings (till 9pm) > Break Science > Omar > White Denim ( till 1245am) > Ty ( maybe see Thao or Real Estate before Cloud Nothings)
Friday : Dr.Dog > Danny Brown > Orwells > back to camp for an hour > CHVRCHES ( till 830pm) > Phoenix (till 945pm) > Kanye (till 1130pm) > Disclosure Skrillex ( Whole set or.......Chance The Rapper)
Saturday : Seasick Steve > Typhoon ( till 345 or 4pm, then......) > Cake or Bobby Womack > Cage > Chromeo > Ms. Lauren Hill > Jack ( till 1130/1145/Mid, then........) > FRANK or SKRILLY BEAR SUPERJAM ( Frank is my #1 see, BUT I LOVE Big Gigantic live, so......) > Glitch Mob
Sunday : Chocolate Drops (till 1pm-ish ) > Lake Street Dive > end of Black Pistol Fire > Goat > Lone Bellow > Shovels & Rope > hr. to kill > Little Dragon > Sir Elton
The more and more I look at it, the more and more I get excited.......what a line-up!!!!!

I believe they're up against Broken Bells right? That's why I'm not seeing them. I was super excited about them, but broken bells has entered my must see acts... Sacrifices must be made.
