I don't have the set times and stages in front of me, but right now I'm thinking
Frank Ocean > some of the superjam > some combination of darkside/zedd > what's left of kaskade
although, tbh, i'll probably end up staying at Darkside way longer than I mean to. I just really enjoy them and they're the perfect chill out kind of music. Fingers crossed Kaskade goes really, really late because I really don't want to miss him.
I didn't know what to do before the SuperJam was announced because why would I ever go to a Skrillex super jam well fuck you bonnaroo you did it I hope you're happy.

I'm feeling pretty confident he's going to play til at least 5:30. He's going on at 2:45 and it's the last night to party hard til sunrise.. He and Zedd may both play all night long
At first I voted Flips all the way, then I saw the Superjam and that changed my mind a bit. Now, with the Flips being in a racist conservatory (and that's all I'm goin say about that cuz really who knows) I asked myself a question:

I think I'm gonna change my mind a thousand times until I actually have to make a decision. With the Lips touring as much as they do, I feel it might be time to see something pretty rare, like a Cave into Darkside kinda night

I think I finally made the decision to head to Nick Cave for the full set. Originally it was down to him, Flips, and Frank Ocean. The Flaming Lips bullshit the past few weeks turned me off to them/Wayne and I know I'll be able to see them again a few times during the year if I want. Would be nice to see them and their late night freakiness but I've been moving away from them as an option for a little while.
Frank .vs. Nick is tougher but I've been listening to more Nick Cave lately and it's winning me over. Also been listening to his interview on WTF with Marc Maron and making me like him a bit more too. I'll be disappointed if Frank Ocean's set ends up being epic and all that but I think Nick is where I'll be heading.

Hell yes.
Nick Cave is going to be fantastic. It is the late-night set where I am simply confident that the experience will deliver, remain interesting enough to stay, and feel like Bonnaroo.
I've been trying to get into Nick Cave but just can't (not that I really need another conflict). I'm pretty sure this just means that he's going to grow on me and in a few months he'll be one of my new favorite artists.

Try the "Live at KCRW" album on Spotify if you haven't already. It took me a little bit of listening to get into as well. Originally I thought he'd be the easy one to remove from the list but the more I listened the more I liked. Him .vs. Frank is tough but I think I'd appreciate the Nick Cave show a bit more.
It's too bad I'll miss out on the Flaming Lips late night again (missed the 2010 festival and in 2007 only caught a little bit of the show while my mind wasn't in the right place). I'm sure that show will be bonkers and people will leave it having a great time but I kind of prefer the tent shows and think Nick Cave is more up my alley. I tend to be more about the music than the theatrics so that's why I'm sticking with Nick. I'm hoping his band is as great live as they sound on spotify.
Personally, I don't care for Nick Cave so Frank Ocean is an easy choice. I really wanted to see him at Lolla 2012, but the storms on Saturday threw the schedule off and I ended up not seeing him. As someone said earlier, Frank Ocean is a rare act to see due to his schedule.
