Surf-here is a question for you-assuming you are town and I am inspector as I claim, how did I survive that runoff so easily?
Could be a few reasonings, although I don't see a connection between the runoff and me being mafia.
1) you're mafia masquerading as inspector. If the mafia knew they had 2/3 townies in the runoff that's an easy one to sway. 2) bacon is mafia. So he made the move he did (forced my hand to possibly end up with 2 townies in the runoff so they could split up and hide) 3) I'm mafia. Not the case, but if I'm being honest, if I was you had a 50/50 shot against me and Jfg because one of you would have been gone 4) luck 5) (most likely) the mafia was very much under the radar at this point and they didn't want to shake things up by switching votes too much in the runoff. They're pretending to be townies (obv) and moving votes could raise suspicion. So that move I made in stacking on Jfg to get votes moving was accidentally effective.
I am not sure if I hope you make it through tonight or not... If you don't, it'll make it crystal clear jimmy is mafia. If you DO however, it's going to make it super hard to believe you're really inspector.
I'm gonna close this round. No vote switches and very little discussion. Given the circumstances, and the fact all votes are in, a 4 hour warning is somewhat pointless.
In case this is my final piece-If you believed me when I came forward yesterday, please continue to do so despite the possible smear tactics that might come out.

I'm thinking Jimmy should be next voted and not you anyway. Like I said, I'm trying to give you every opportunity to convince me and the rest. I can only speak for me but simply saying you are town isn't doing it at this point.
I told the town my plans because with everyone knowing my role now, no point in hiding what I am doing.
Jimmy and Hakuna aren't dummies, I'm sure they are planning something to throw everyone for a loop. I considered they might even whack you, Jimmy, or anyone else for that matter.
I know you have been engaged and all, but I'm just saying you haven't convinced me. I would like to see you present a plausible scenario in which Jimmy and Hakuna are with a different third then you.

Nah, I'd probably see that as a last-ditch attempt to throw off the town and then want to vote you off anyway. Quite frankly, surf, your posts come across as very bullshitty to me. I can't cite specific examples, it's more of an overall tone/vibe type thing.
I wish I had time to do it today before the whack, but I'm not sure I will get time to do a long, detailed post about it as I'm swamped at work right now. (End of the month is ALWAYS deadline/proofing which is rough)
So I don't have time to go through, read everything, quote, develop basic arguments or anything.
On top of that, there is a LOT that points to me as mafia. There just is, and that sucks.
Just a few points off the top of my head though:
1) the mike d vote was purely just picking out of a hat and what I previously said about being sore he beat us last game.
2) if you try and tie me and Hakuna and Jimmy together the only way would be voting. And unfortunately I've been clumped with them in voting twice now - but if you look at it, what other choice did I have? I never switched off mike because first round, he never made it out of the runoff. Second round nobody moved so my attempt to shake voting up totally backfired.
3) I never called them out, because they didn't seem suspicious to me. Why? Well I obviously had a focus on bacon and the back and forth between he and I allowed them to hide. Dammit. But still, bacon COULD be the 3rd mafia (so could Tejas for that matter...)
I'm late for an appointment, I'll try and post more shortly. It's important that I convince you before the whack though. Once you're gone (if they whack you - and they probably will) that's that.
Here is an attempt at keeping you alive: I'm at this point going to build a case for bacon being the third mafia HARD from here on out. Unless something really damning comes out about someone else. jimmy is my next vote, and then I'm going after bacon as hard as I can.

Well, it's hard to stay calm when I'm on the defensive big time now. Knowing that I could be key to a win or loss to the town is a lot of pressure.
I don't know what else to say about that... Sucks. Not sure how to really fix it either
Once all votes are locked in, I will close the round. If there is any discussion otherwise, I will let the round run it's course of 36 hours. I will let you 5 decide.
I'm seeing a potential scenario involving Carini and Jimmy as Mafia, with Krissy or Bacon as the third. Carini comes in as "inspector" and we all gun for Hakuna (whose first stone was cast by Carini). Carini names Jimmy even though Jimmy is also Mafia. Jimmy's hand-tip of the Boner vote (plus his silence) condemns him - this is intended to confirm Carini's post in our minds. This "confirmation" is further solidified by the Carini whack. So naturally, we're fairly confident we know who is mafia, and we go for Jimmy and Surf. Now lets say Jimmy gets voted off and I get whacked. This leaves Krissy, Bacon, and Surf. Krissy and Bacon go for Surf (who is a townie in this theory), and the Mafia win the game.
By all means, I'm fine voting off Jimmy - I can't see a scenario in which he's not Mafia. But Jimmy's a smart motherfucker. By essentially confirming himself as Mafia with his unusually silent gameplay and the Boner vote, I can't help but think that his suicide has ulterior motives. Why give Carini's post less room for doubt? Why would Jimmy, as Mafia, do anything whatsoever to confirm Carini's post, if Carini really was inspector? Why say "fuck it, the townies are gonna win, I give up", when all three Mafia are still in the game? That's not a Jimmy move.
Jimmy and Hakuna being silent once carini came out makes me think that there HAS to be a mafia left. Weather that means carini was mafia, and they gambled that Hakuna wouldn't log in? (Or had some insight as to the fact that he couldn't? (Iow is there a personal connection between anyone in this game and Hakuna irl? - so that they'd know he was at work and couldn't log in, making it safe to pull a stunt like this?)
Their silence though makes me think for certain that there is one mafia left - and unfortunately that creates a problem. Absolutely zero information can be derived from voting patterns in 2 consecutive (late) rounds. So that means that only the first round and second round can be used to gain intel.
Which brings me to bacon. He has been pushing for less and less info be given (see his second round push for a 2 person runoff...)

Assuming there is, we have a whack to analyze and I just don't see where we can derive enough information to make a solid argument for anyone. There's just a lack of data due to the way things went down.

You really cannot comprehend why I prefer a 2 person run-off can you? Even if you disagree can you at least read my explanation and understand why someone would prefer it? It is not more or less information, it is information of a different type. Information that I think would of been more useful in a situation like this.

I can't see how that would help us. Like I said earlier, if we are being played by Carini the town will lose pretty much guaranteed. I think we have to vote the person we can assume is mafia and then move on from there.
