Your 'Roo Food and Drink shopping list - plus the item you are most excited about
Here's my list - I'll probably have to come back and edit, as I often forget stuff I have new dietary concerns, so my list has had to be adjusted some from previous years
FOOD: Mingua beef jerky - if we can get it delivered on time (fingers crossed) Pringles Ramen Bananas Watermelon - or blended watermelon slush as a drink/snack Jenis Reseling Pear Sorbet Tortilla Chips/Salsa Easy Cheese/Crackers PB& J ...or pj and fluff! DRANK: Pre mixed Iced chai latte (buy the Tazo chai, mix with preferred milk, enjoy!) Gatorade Water Smart waters Arnold Palmer tea/lemonade (mix with bourbon!) Some canned cider of gaebryl's choice Blue Dog Meade Hot tea

so far i have:
1 case of water 3 gallons of water 1 case of North Country's Paleo IPA 1 case of Rivertowne's Hala Kahiki <--most excited 2 cases of 24oz PBRs 1/2 case of home-brewed "Mr.Hopular" Imperial IPA
so all i have is water and beer. and my beer shopping isn't done yet… ill make up some dried fruit and mixed nut trail mix before we go, but other than that we wait till the manchester walmart to get get all our food so it doesn't have to sit in the cooler an extra 30ish hours as we journey there
edit because cases in PA are typically made up of 24 or 30 12oz beers, or 12 24oz beers. not like in TN where people call a twelve-pack a case.
I keep cutting back every year and I'm to the point where I don't think I'd take any less. I'm buying most of my meals in the campgrounds and Centeroo cause fuck trying to cook at the farm.
30 pk of water Homemade sweet tea Energy drinks for the a.m. 8 pk of 12oz Pepsi 6 pk of 8oz cran grape juice Whatever beer I pick up on the way
Uncrustables Beef jerky Ranch pretzels Almonds and craisins GoGo Squeez Applesauce Jar of mandarin oranges Pedialyte packets
Granola Bars Chex mix Fruit cups Nutter Butter's (Don't judge me) Pre marinated proteins Chips We'll pick up fresh fruit on the way Water, water, water o2 flavored water, I don't know. The lady picked em out lotta alcohol. Maybe.. actually too much
Lots of water. Clif Bars. A couple of big jugs of gatorade. One or two 24 packs of PBR. Mango peach salsa and chips. Burgers for the grill in the morning. Peanut butter and jelly sandwich supplies. Two fifths of gin. Maybe beef jerky and hummus? Not sure about those two this year.
1 case water 5 gallon jug water 8 Gatorade Mio fit - several flavors 3 miller lite 18s Bottle of vodka 5 hours
Vienna sausages Peanuts in shell Two dozen eggs Chorizo Cholula Tortillas Cheese Milk Turkey bacon Sammich meat. Bread Condiments Apples Hot dogs and buns
Two cases of water(half to be frozen) Two boxes of Cheese Its (regular and Tobasco) pita bread and hummus Two cases of a light beer of some sort One case worth of craft canned beer, always some Dale's Pale Ale (never tried to bring in glass) Two cans of sweet peas (one of very few canned veggies I can eat cold out the can) Four cans of tuna, small bottle of mayonnaise, sweet pickles for tuna salad a big bag of sunflower seeds Gatorade/Powerade powder mix (for Camel Back, which I dispose of after every year and buy a new bladder for every year) bread (most often Publix sourdough Nathon's hot dogs celery, carrots, and broccoli
This will be a common scene on the farm, or so I've heard.
Anyway, I'll throw in my 2 cents worth of stuff. I really don't want to bring a ton of food but I also don't want to spend too much on meals, which I could easily do since the food is so good and there are so many delicious options.
Pita & homemade hummus (for Inforoo brunch) Energy Club fruit and nit mix - big bag from Big Lots for $3, and really good. Gotta pick up another one cause I got hungry last night. Extra dates to add to the mix above Mixed fruit cups Beef jerky - camping without it will be illegal when I get my own country Pre-assembled salami/pepperoni subs with lettuce, tomato, and onion packaged separately, mayo packets - worked out great last year Hebrew National hot dogs and buns (might not need 'em) 24x bottled water, mostly frozen Mio water flavorer thingies - electrolyte and caffeine-spiked varieties Kashi chewy granola bars, and some other granola bars I bought on a whim Maybe PB&J and wheat bread - maybe not, not sure we'll need it A few Trader Joe's house brand beers - Name Tag and Simpler Times Pilsner 12-pack PBR Maybe some Yuengling Probably some Genesee Cream Ale, maybe pints since 4-packs are $1.99 right now locally ??? craft beer, haven't decided what yet, still seeing what I can get in cans around here Mike's Harder cranberry lemonade? Drinking one now, after it was recommended here. Not my usual thing, but really tasty Popcorn? Gonna do a trial run on my lil' alcohol stove tomorrow Coffee - gotta smuggle my french press in. Will bring a bunch to brunch if I can find a big container to transport it in. Box o' wine for sharing and shenanigans? Brandy? Black plums - a cold one is heavenly on a hot day Hard-boiled eggs - great for breakfast/brunch, and no hassle ???
If you don't have capri sun on your list, you're doing it wrong. Seriously, an ice cold juice box is so refreshing. LOL, I am 5.
Capri Sun is always a Bonnaroo necessity for us too! So refreshing, and let me tell you, everybody loves you when you are the person who shows up with a crap ton of Capri Sun!
Beyond that, our list looks something like this: - pasta salad - pineapple - fruit cups - peanut butter crackers - Kelloggs breakfast biscuit thingies - potato chips - lots of water - beer - Mike's Hard Lemonade or something similar for me because I don't like beer - maybe some vodka or something
Plus the things I'm going to bring to brunch. Also bringing chicken salad for sandwiches for my camp group on one day, but for the most part we are in the "just bring snacks and buy meals from vendors" camp - too many delicious foods that I don't want to pass up!

Currently talking to a friend about hitting up everywhere in the area to buy ALL of the Hala Kahiki. It is THE BEST.
