Couple things . First ..Bill Withers !!! Is there any chance of this at all ? If he plays at rock and roll hall of fame oh man I would kill if he went to roo. Whoever sang use me at the superjam ( I think Craig Robison ) this summer got me wanting bill on the farm so bad
I thought death cab broke up? Obviously the roother clue seems to say otherwise but I could a sworn they did or at least Chris walla left and that's one hell of a key member gone. They've been going down hill since plans also..I've seen them before and it was a great show but that was years ago not sure anymore

Yeah, Chris left but he finished out the album with them and they are still going to tour. They say the new albums kinda like a return to the older/better Death Cab years. It's the first time they've had someone besides Chris Produce their album.

I looked it up, one site July 1st, 2013 in Chicago and another said November 17th, 2011 in LA at the Grammy Museum.

I mean...Roo has had Stevie Wonder, Bobby Womack, and Al Green. Bill Withers could definitely get a slot. Probably the same time as Bobby this year.
I don't think Caribou would play on Which. Weezer would most likely get that pre head on Which. RL Grime should be on Thurs. Calvin Harris would close out Which, STS9 would close out another tent: they are both big acts. D'angelo would most likely be LN, but 10:15-11:30 is during the What headliner, so 12:15-1:30 seems more likely for a D'angelo LN. Lorde would pre headline Which before LN begins or be a What act. Tycho would be in a tent. That being said, I do see all of those acts playing.

I'd be in love with this lineup BUT I have no idea how people are saying Primus could do a late night TENT. They were pre-HL which last time they played (if I'm not mistaken) and their fanbase hasn't gotten smaller and their chocolate factory shows has a rather elaborate stage setup (but they might be able to get a tent with two huge acts like FlyLo and Calvin Harris opposing.) Also, Childish Gambino played late afternoon Which last time (like Grizzly Bear in 2013), so I HIGHLY doubt that he could be in a tent. Neither Lana nor Weezer could be in a tent. Sunday HL sets can go no later than 12:00, so they schedule them to end at 11:30 to make sure everything is wrapped up with some time to spare. I don't think Alabama Shakes could pre-HL on Sunday (maybe Friday/Saturday) but they'll probably get a Which closing spot or Arctic Monkey's spot from 2014.
All of that aside, I'd kill to get that lineup and then cry when I saw all the conflicts when released the schedule. And the best part is, most of the acts you listed are pretty likely
