Dead Weather comes out with a new album in January. If they play Roo I'll cry (there will never be enough Jack White).
I also wanna see Queens of the Stone Age Band of Skulls Kaiser Chiefs Wolfmother Bikini Kill Black Rebel Motorcycle Club Sleigh Bells Hanni El Khatib Franz Ferdinand Metric Strfckr Okgo The xx Eagles of Death Metal Twenty One Pilots (because thier show kicks fckin ass) Oh and bring Concord America to the New Music stage. (They've toured with Diarrhea Planet)
The Rolling Stones. Phish(3 days). Foo Fighters. Cheap Trick. Beck. hip hop. Avicii. something british. some band that has a ton of hipster cred even though they have like 2.5 good songs. String Cheese Incident. Brian Wilson. EDM. Dolly Parton. Thom York farting. Grimes. something the bros coming for Foo Fighters will have to google to realize it's too "boring" to care about. Nathan Fielder sings Sinatra. Steve Miller Band. Zac Brown Superjam. more EDM. Glen Miller Orchestra. Moe. Ani Difranco. Funk Trek. The Offspring. Chris Thile. more hip hop i guess. Los Del Rio. Hevia. James Blunt?. Taylor Swift acoustic singalong.
and HANSON
just give me hanson, hevia, cheese, 2 nights of phish, and the glenn miller orchestra and i'll be content.

This starts off so promising and just takes a sharp left turn off the rails and into the nearest gully. Jesus.
this is my trying to be realistic prediction: U2, Prince, or The Cure/ Foo Fighters, Muse, Mumford and Sons, or Arcade Fire/ The Who, Fleetwood Mac, or The Rolling Stones as main headliners Then you have The Black Keys, Chic ft Nile Rodgers, Drake, MMJ, Beck, Dolly Parton or Willie Nelson, Motorhead, Slayer, Dave Chapelle, the wailers, Queens of the Stone Age, Modest Mouse, Massive Attack, Tame Impala, Run the Jewels, missy Elliot, The Roots, De la Sol, Karen o, Alt-j, Bassnectar or Pretty Lights, Common, Connor Oberst, Future Islands, Flume, Big Gigantic, Portugal, the man, interpol, lana del rey, flosstradomas, calvin harris, Schoolboy Q, SOJA, Alabama Shakes, Dawes, Gary Clark jr, Aphex twin, Tycho, mgmt, childish gambino... etc
Blues Rock super jam curated by jim james and ?uestlove ft dan aurbach, members of QotSA, Tame Impala, Foo Fighters, alabama shakes and Pretty Lights djing Dave Chapelle Block Party Superjam ft the Roots, Run the Jewels, missy elliot, schoolby q, the wailers, de la sol Ed helms bluegrass superjam ft willie nelson, dawes, conor oberst
Friday What Common>The Roots>The Black Keys>Dave Chapelle>Prince Which schoolboy Q>The Wailers>Lana Del Rey>interpol>>>>Drake>Chic ft Nile Rodgers LN tents This Portugal, the man>flume That big gigantic>flosstradomas The Other Dave Chapelle Block party Sj>Aphex Twin
Saturday What de la sol>Gary Clark Jr.>QotSA>MMJ>Foo Fighters Which Alabama Shakes>mgmt>modest mouse>>>Calvin Harris>Pretty Lights LN tents This Blues rock super jam>Missy Elliot That Tycho>Massive Attack The Other Slayer>Motorhead
Sunday What Conor Oberst>Willie Nelson>Beck>Fleetwood Mac Which Dawes>Future Islands>Alt-j>tame impala This Childish Gambino That Run the Jewels The Other Ed helms blugrass superjam
SuperJams : Friday - Dan and Black Keys SJ Saturday - ?uestlove SJ Sunday - Bluegrass
I'd be completely happy with this but I just don't feel like we will get a legendary HL like the Stones this year man. Which really bums me out because they're the act I want to see most. Anyway, I dig the lineup

One can dream on Daft though... I was questioning the Tribe headlining as well... just thought they would be a fun throwback hip hop name that's not playing a millions shows lately..
Let's go with IRON MAIDEN in place of A TRIBE CALLED QUEST and just straight rock headliners next year... maybe throw in a NEIL YOUNG HEADLINER & SUPERJAM SCENARIO?

ATCQ isn't "playing a millions [sic] shows lately" because they broke up. They announced last year that their shows opening for Kanye West at MSG would be their last.

Iron Maiden is less likely than ATCQ.
and if they were booked it wouldn't be as a headliner. Maybe daytime what. I'd like to say which ln but I feel as if they couldn't do which.

I'd allow it. But would Flying lotus really be that high? Not saying I disagree, I'm just not sure and he isn't that big around where I'm from.

I'd be okay with this. It's realistic, it has enough upper-tier bands that I don't want to see to make me not worry about conflicts, some bands I really wanna see, and bands I don't know. Only thing I'd change would be the headliners. Prince would be great but the Foos aren't my cup of tea (though I admit it's time for them to come to Roo), and I'm neutral about Fleetwood Mac.

He wouldn't be billed that high ding dong. He's just showing his love for FlyLo.
