I didn't realize this was one of those threads where if you don't agree with the majority then everyone jumps your ass. I sincerely hope everyone gets their Beyonce next year and I hope it is TOTALLY the best show you've ever seen! In all seriousness, I feel like half of ya'll sticking up for Beyonce haven't even so much as downloaded one of her albums for free and you're just being dicks for the hell of it.
I think most people are jumping your aas because you basically are another in a long line of " ______ will ruin bonnaroo" and then you went full derp defending it. I have no interwst in seeing beyonce, but I wouldnt bat an eye if she topped the bill.

Uggggggghhh no dude. You'd be really surprised at the range of music people in this thread, let alone inforoo, listen to. Which is why the festival ranges from bluegrass to heavy metal. We don't like dismissive attitudes, in what feels like, we should go back to the era of "legendary" older rockers should HL this "hippie festival". It's strange when there is clear neglect for non-rock HLers except for a handful of rappers. It's weird that there hasn't been a lady HL, and saying Beyonce up there in the ranking is only respectful to her talents and standing.

Ha - I deleted that post because I couldn't back it with "online" evidence. I'm almost positive I saw a video of her saying she could play guitar and piano, though. I don't see any info online about it, though.

I go to Bonnaroo to see amazing artists that will blow my mind, not for some top of the charts Pop act that's all over the front covers of TMZ, and on makeup commercials, and every other of commercialized piece of garbage. I seriously can't believe so many of you would want Beyonce at Roo. No hard feelings! and I'm not one to voice my opinion so strongly but No. Just No. Kanye was enough..

I think Beyonce and Jay-Z as duel headliners would be awesome, but I also think Beyonce could absolutely hold down a headliner spot. I would definitely be there if she did

I think choreographed properly, that could be one of the most electric shows in recent times. It will keep both genders entertained throughout, and they have enough collaborations to make those segways back and forth from Beyonce to Jay. The Mrs. Carter show just seemed to alienate all the guys at the show to a point, and the setlist had the same feel of geared straight to the females who made up the bulk of the audience. This was at Made in America last year, where I assumed there is more gender diversity as well. Almost every dude there with his girlfriend was sitting down not paying attention by mid set.
