Just listened to Modern Baseball for the first time. Sounds like a band I would've definitely been into when I was 15 haha very nostalgic. I'm down for them on the farm.

I feel like they'd put on a great show, their album is one of my favorite releases of this year, I actually hope there's a tent filled with emo revival bands, and some reunions like American Football and Mineral

1. I don't think they qualify as up and coming
2. Didn't Foals play 2013?
3. Have they released anything new that would make it reasonable that roo would bring them back? To clarify, I like foals, I just highly doubt that they'll be at roo next. MAYBEEEE after their next album though?
i never even been to Bonaroo jsut like the topic of the thread and was basing more on festivals as a whole. I never even heard of Foals til the spring. if they were there a year ago i doubt they would be back so soon. I think you guys had the Lonely Biscuits too so obviously they wont be back but i think they will get a big surge in popularity come next fest season

Two weeks ago I went to the Flood City Music Festival in Johnstown, PA. It was much smaller then Bonnaroo and the crowd was closer to my age(58) then at Bonnaroo. Anyway, I saw a band called Nahko and Medicine for the People which blew me away. Ironically they are against fracking and talked about from the stage. The stage they were playing on was The People's Natural Gas stage. I read an article in the local paper the next morning that they were not thrilled to be on that stage. I would love to see them at the 'roo.

That'd be sick for Thursday. I saw them and interviewed them back in May, they queue up songs in Ableton and deconstruct them live with controllers and instruments, it's pretty sick. Their new album is great too.

Has Sylvan Esso been mentioned on here? Saw them in Milwaukee last weekend and they put on a good show but hardly had enough songs to finish an hour set.
