FWIW I asked Deadmau5 during one of his live streams about Bonnaroo and he hadn't been asked. Just said he had a fine time last time he was there and went on to tell a story about how they found women's makeup products on his tour manager the last time they were there.
Calvin Harris makes much more sense at this point.
bonnaroo should make their first leap into trap with yellow claw
Bonnaroo has had trap
ok i'll bite, and i don't have much knowledge on all of bonnaroo history. who have they had? i'm sure they have and i just don't know, which wouldn't surprise me

I could go for some RL Grime this year for trap. I like the new album. Great pump up music.
Did you go to his Clockwork set in 2013? That shit was fucking dance party and a half, plus it was followed by Death Grips!!! That was the most bad ass, out of place, back to back shows I saw that year (possibly ever) cause clockwork play at like 1:30 and death grips were at like 3:15, so it was oddly awesome to have then at such terrible times because everyone that was willing to go to those shows and throw down REALLY wanted to be at the shows, the mosh at death grips will always be one of my favorite roo moments.

Did Clockwork play a LN Tent? I didn't think he was big enough for that

He played the first set of the day on Saturday, similar set time to Classixx this past year.

No, that's the point, haha. He opened the Other Tent that day (playing at 1:30 in the Afternoon!!) And death grips played at like 3:00 in the afternoon, that's why I said it seemed so out of place and the people that got up and into Centeroo early to see those shows REALLYYYY wanted to see those shows, so the energy was awesome despite it being so damn hot and in the middle of the day.

I was actually at the Sonic Stage checking out the Futurebirds. Roo '13 was my first real introduction to EDM going Wolfgang Gartner > Porter Robinson > Pretty Lights so I didn't really know who Clockwork was at the time, but if the 2014 version of me was there he would have been at that show for sure. That sounds like a hell of a way to start a day at Roo with a dance party.

Indeed, it was awesome and it worked perfectly timing wise. We woke up and got messed up before clockwork, danced are asses off at both of the shows and then headed back out to our campsite and renewed our BAC's and then headed back in for A-Track/Beach House. Man... I just got my ticket today and discussing this has me dying to be back on the farm already!

If this is at Bonnaroo, I hope its at 1:00 PM on Sunday.
A late night Mr. Oizo show would be insane. His new album just dropped along with a video featuring John C Reiley. Other than that I am really hoping for Justice.
