Really glad to hear this, i'm guessing he'll get an a-trak/araabmuzik sort of slot which i believe was around 6ish in a tent. don't see him getting one of the coveted late night spots

Fantastic! A Thursday evening slot for The Other Tent would be ideal. LN Friday or Saturday would mean a conflict with the EDM act on the Which Stage (hoping for The Chemical Brothers or The Prodigy but it will likely be Deadmau5, Bassnectar, or Calvin Harris)

both chemical brothers and prodigy were ruled out in the past couple of days, playing a festival in europe, don't remember which one.
i have zero familiarity with RL Grime but I could see myself enjoying this thursday night:

This RL Grime mix from 2013 is one of my favorites.
Seriously doubt that RL Grime would get a Thursday night set, I think he's too popular. He's at least as big as Porter/Wolfgang/Boys Noize were when they played in 2013. I'd bank on a late night for him.

i love rl grime and he's upcoming and great but i just don't see him getting a latenight. i'd have to disagree he's as big as any of those 3, but that's just my opinion. i do think he'll get an evening slot along the lines of a-trak/araabmuzik. that's why i'm hoping they put him on thursday so it's at night.
he just released his first album. porter had an album 2 years before roo, wolfgang had 2 albums before roo, and boys noize has tons of albums

odesza, flume, and SBTRKT make the most sense to me to be on the farm.

what are people's thoughts on calvin harris? he seems like such a huge douchetool and always comes across as a press-play kinda guy. he played in the cities like a year ago... first, I heard from his server/the rest of the staff at the restaurant he was at that he was an asshole and tipped like shit. and then at the show (I was there) he didn't come on until almost 1am... with almost a 2 hour gap between him and his opener. I was not a happy camper that I was made to wait that long.
also. this video. I'm sure the girl was obnoxious, but how unprofessional. (apparently I have a lot of feelings about calvin harris. all this said, I would still go to his late night set if nothing else was happening because DANCING.)

meh, i'd rather see somebody else, but agree it'd be a dance party and i would more than likely be there as i do enjoy the late night edm, unless there was somebody else i really wanted to see. he would def be the headliner edm if they book him. i know nothing of his personality besides what is posted abobe. assuming that's the video where the chick calls him out for playing his own song or whatever, youtube is blocked

He's riding a pretty big wave from 'Tell Me' still but I don't think he will make it into a late night set. However, Roo did have Clockwork (his other alias) at 1:30pm the last time so he may be due for a much better slot. Still, I see him falling into a late Thursday night slot. Just my two cents.
Deep Dish played for 8 hours last night/this morning in Toronto. For all that means anything, please bring something legit to the farm concerning this genre. I'm so sick of electronic "set lists"
