Barca taking the group over PSG.. didn't see it coming but I'm happy. Next round is looking good too, hoping we pull Man City while Augero is out..
Ready for Man U and Liverpool this weekend
I mean, it was a group stage game at Camp Nou. I think a win was expected. You must be really down on the team that you support.
Well considering they dropped the first game to PSG and haven't really looked that impressive lately (aside from Messi's heroics which have all been against less than stellar teams), nor have they really been challenged (and when they have it's been a close game, like Valencia). I think it's safe to say a W was not a given.

Sure, I can understand and entertain that perspective. I was just surprised to see a Barcelona fan be so pessimistic.

It's been a tough month. Hopefully Enrique is starting to figure things outs (it seems he is). Plus Suarez is starting to settle in more and more. Optimistic, just a bit worried about transfer ban limiting the chance to improve the defense for next season.

Maaaaan. Real Madrid drops their game leaving Barca w/ an opportunity to move to the top of the table, and then we drop our game to Real Sociedad thanks to Lucho's horrendously bad tactics. I've tried to stay level-headed regarding him, but it's becoming more and more difficult to deny the fact that he has no f'in clue what he's doing.

Excellent way to follow up the loss.
Front 3 were on fire. Defense was great (especially Pique). Rakitic/Iniesta had amazing games in the mid. Hopefully they can carry this performance and momentum in the CL game against City.
Most of all fuck Atleti - dirtiest game I've seen in a while.
Also this was probably the highlight of the game:
Sometimes I forget that these three actually play together irl and not just on my FIFA 15 career. They're scary good.

Anyone watching the African Cup of Nations? The finish to Senegal - Ghana was crazy, with Senegal scoring the winner in the 94th minute, last action of the match.

Those were two good goals for USA in the first half. Would love to see Mix blossom to the role they trade to put Bradley in in Brasil. Let Bradley play in his natural defensive/holding role, and Mix the Creator.

What an incredible weekend. Amazing game from FCB to put them in contention for the league. With their current form I honestly think they're the best team in Europe (MAYBE Bayern has them, maybe...).
Real got dominated. Atleti played a fantastic game (and a clean one which was a nice change after their meetings with Barca).
Also Ronaldo sucks. I love watching him sitting on the pitch with his arms in the air complaining to the ref.
Great match between Tottenham & Arsenal as well. Harry Kane is playing incredible football atm, he's gonna get himself sent off to Spain (probably Real) if he's not careful.

Unfortunately, the Merseyside derby was not a great match, though those of us who cheer for the Blue side of the town are glad to not lose another match!

Missed that one. Looked like a thrilling 0-0 draw... not too surprising given the form of both sides at the moment.
Another great match from OCSC. Kaka is absolutely incredible on the pitch. Molino and Shea have been outstanding the first couple matches as well. Hoping to grab tickets from the next home game.

Kaka has been looking damn good indeed.
Anyway I haven't posted in a while. FCB is now atop La Liga. Man City isn't looking great so I'm optimistic about the home leg coming up. El Clasico is shaping up to be maybe the best match of the year by far.
How this game is still 1-1 is a miracle. They're getting wrecked
I'm not watching this, is they Denmark or USA? The goals for both teams just looked like shit defending, but Jozy looked pretty great on both US goals.

United States. They ended up losing 3-2. Same story lines, different days. Blew a second half lead. Horrid defending, atrocious giveaways, and even worse positioning. They're need to improve quickly because these past few games have been pathetic

Sounds like typical US of A. On the bright side it looks like Jurgen is experimenting with a lot of younger players which is never a bad thing and Jozy looked pretty decent on those 2 goals.

True that. I'm glad Jozy has his groove back. Another positive is that Brooks looks better and better each game. There's some promise for these guys, hopefully they start playing to their potential sooner than later.
