No, I actually think "Juggs" is a massive douchebag. But "The Capp Dogg" is really funny and there is no reason to remove fun because of personal bias/grudges.
What is ONE tangible reason to remove the parody account that doesn't strictly rely on emotional appeal? What true damage is being done here?
The only people who have a serious problem with the Capp Dogg account are posters like EAP and Gibran who have a long history of Juggs issues. Gibran is at least pretending to have a (flimsy) reason for opposing the account, EAP isn't even trying.
AC knows about the account and doesn't care. Neither should the Inforoo moderator staff. This is a clear cut issue, just look at the poll results.

I voted to free the Capp Dog earlier, but after all this discussion I think the gag will have lost it's novelty. Juggs can rip on the fest and it's fans just as well as himself and these AC memes are always good for a laugh and a reminder.

The idea of allowin' a duplicate account unnerves me a bit to be sure. And yeah they happen, but again if we say okay to Capp Dogg will we have to say yes to more?
Don't get me wrong! I think Capp Dogg is hysterical! And while Juggs can be a real ass at times...this's the Internet so...Maybe if he insulted me personally? Doubtful.
