Kanye? Looks like I will be boycotting that night.
Have fun. That's a boycott I can't get behind. Yeezy season approachin'.
Hopefully someone good is opposite Yeezy bc that shiznit is terrible.
On a side note, really mad that I never saw the Beastie Boys live. Was sitting here thinking about how awful it would be if Drake or Kanye headlined and then 'Sure Shot' popped into my head.
Kanye is a pretty shitty performer in the 2 times ive seen him and once was even before he became a mainstream d-bag.
I tried to force feed myself Kanye on Palladia one night figuring that i must be missing something. ...i think i made it about 20 minutes before i couldn't take it anymore.

Kanye was terrible last year at Made In America. The set list was awful, the rant was among his wort ever and felt like it took forver. He did an encore and no really cared and majority of the crowd just continued to flood out it was great. Production was so weak and he wore some dumbass mask the enitre time so im not even positive it was him up there hahah
That would be an interesting show. He just announced an album coming out in September called "Rattle that Lock". I'll have to keep an eye out for that one.
A friend of mine just apent from Midnight to 10:00am in the Bonnaroo line....we complain at the hangout when we have to wait more than a minute or two walking in.

Jesus I know there's a lot of people attending but how does that happen? That sounds like a f*cking nightmare.
How does it Still happen? '02, yr 1, people were literally in line for 24hrs. I went back in '07 and I think we were in line for 6 or 7hrs on Thursday a.m....just ridiculous...and it's not like they're going to catch up on some sleep in their 150 degree tents today. ...looking forward to the couch stream though!

It seems like most people get caught in line between 8 PM Wednesday and 6 AM Thursday. Provided there aren't any big accidents or road closures, you can get in fairly quickly if you arrive before Wednesday night or after noon on Thursday. When I went in 2012, I didn't arrive in Manchester until around 6 or 7 PM on Thursday. Parking was a breeze for me.
It is really hot and the pop up storm just made it bad humid too. Supposed to be same next two days. Bonnaroo will be tough on the body this year. Make sure you are hydrating.
Seeing as how I am being laid off in a couple weeks, I spent my day making a full lineup based off the 2015 lineup (sort of), the late season festival lineups (ACL, FFF, Outsidelands), some of my preferences, some hunches, and some Amazon "people also bought this album" searching. I'll admit I don't even know some of these acts (especially EDM) and not sure on the billing (especially EDM) but have at it:
Elton John – Muse - Florence and the Machine – The Strokes Bassnectar – Sam Smith - Tame Impala – Alabama Shakes Flaming Lips- Of Monsters and Men – Zedd Sublime w/ Rome – Passion Pit – Nate Ruess ZZ Top –Sturgill Simpson – 311 – The Chainsmokers Jimmy Cliff - Run the Jewels – The Arkells – DJ Mustard Royal Blood – Milky Chance – Lettuce – Cherub Flosstradamus- Dr. John & the Night Trippers – Big Data- Gogol Bordello Old Crow Medicine Show - Galantis – Ryn Weaver – Echosmith The Maccabees - Vintage Trouble – Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe – GiraffAge Punch Brothers - Lindsey Stirling – Lord Huron – Boots Betty Who - Moon Taxi – ZZ Ward – Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings BADBADNOTGOOD –Wynter Gordon – Trevor Hall – The Pretty Reckless Phoebe Ryan – Hurray For the Riff Raff - Twin Peaks - Raury The Wind and the Wave – Smallpools – Milo Greene – Lee Baines III & The Glory Fires Chromatics – Sufjan Stevens – The London Souls – Sir Sly – NGHTMRE Slaptop – Devon Baldwin – All Get Out –The Sam Chase – Zomboy jackLNDN – Bully – Viet Cong – Leagues – The Delta Saints Rachele Lynae – Marc Scibilia – Malibu Beach DJ - Malibu Beach DJ - Malibu Beach DJ Malibu Beach DJ - Malibu Beach DJ - Malibu Beach DJ - Malibu Beach DJ – Reach the Beach Winner
good work. the last 3 years the lineup has been pretty different from each other so i hope that continues. i've been really slow at work for weeks now so ill take a stab at a full lineup tomorrow too.

two quick questions... When will the pre-sale be? also Has anyone stayed at the Best Western near the Hangout? (Thinking of booking a room there soon to solidify plans for 2016)

I think it was October last year but I am not 100% positive. I wouldnt stay at a hotel personally. You can find a condo for the same price that is going to give you way more amenities.

Last year they had a summer presale in Early August. Not sure if they are going to do the same but they were for the same price as the loyalty tickets they sold on Sunday. I just know that they didn't last long and then released a second bundle of tix for a slighter higher price.
We we stayed in the holiday inn express in 2011 and I would personally look into condos or a smaller beach house.

You're right. On August 6th they went on sale for $189, and bumped it up after those sold out to $209 on the 11th. They never really said how many they sold, but they went pretty quick.
with alum tix going for 210 im not bothering with any pre-sale. ill wait til someone needs to dump theirs as the fest gets closer
Thinking the exact same thing. I mean the lineup could crush and tickets may move fast but at that point you know what you're paying for. I'm going regardless but every year you can find people trying to dump their wristbands for under face.
exactly. in the condo this year we were talking to a lady looking to dump hers for the 200 she had paid for it the day of. prob could of bought it off her for a 100 easily since it was friday morning.
