I don't think there's any risk. Every year there've been people looking to sell outside the gate, but having one already in your pocket gives you one less thing to worry about.
Seeing as how I am being laid off in a couple weeks, I spent my day making a full lineup based off the 2015 lineup (sort of), the late season festival lineups (ACL, FFF, Outsidelands), some of my preferences, some hunches, and some Amazon "people also bought this album" searching. I'll admit I don't even know some of these acts (especially EDM) and not sure on the billing (especially EDM) but have at it:
Elton John – Muse - Florence and the Machine – The Strokes Bassnectar – Sam Smith - Tame Impala – Alabama Shakes Flaming Lips- Of Monsters and Men – Zedd Sublime w/ Rome – Passion Pit – Nate Ruess ZZ Top –Sturgill Simpson – 311 – The Chainsmokers Jimmy Cliff - Run the Jewels – The Arkells – DJ Mustard Royal Blood – Milky Chance – Lettuce – Cherub Flosstradamus- Dr. John & the Night Trippers – Big Data- Gogol Bordello Old Crow Medicine Show - Galantis – Ryn Weaver – Echosmith The Maccabees - Vintage Trouble – Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe – GiraffAge Punch Brothers - Lindsey Stirling – Lord Huron – Boots Betty Who - Moon Taxi – ZZ Ward – Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings BADBADNOTGOOD –Wynter Gordon – Trevor Hall – The Pretty Reckless Phoebe Ryan – Hurray For the Riff Raff - Twin Peaks - Raury The Wind and the Wave – Smallpools – Milo Greene – Lee Baines III & The Glory Fires Chromatics – Sufjan Stevens – The London Souls – Sir Sly – NGHTMRE Slaptop – Devon Baldwin – All Get Out –The Sam Chase – Zomboy jackLNDN – Bully – Viet Cong – Leagues – The Delta Saints Rachele Lynae – Marc Scibilia – Malibu Beach DJ - Malibu Beach DJ - Malibu Beach DJ Malibu Beach DJ - Malibu Beach DJ - Malibu Beach DJ - Malibu Beach DJ – Reach the Beach Winner

Looks legit to me. Not liking 311 vs RTJ. Cherub vs Monster & Men. Thank you for not putting Hozier on this line up. No offense but is pre-headlining/closing when he shouldn't. Good headliners and pre-head spots.
I feel like, I'd like to see some change up in HOFs schedule though. Some kind of shake up. Give some people 2 sets or longer sets. Probably won't happen since I know nothing in reagards. Id like to see Big G, Ghostland, or STS9 in the Boom Boom. Courtney Barnett could make a good early add. Or just put them all in the pre-party and a garuntee a sellout crowd. I think Lindser Sterling would draw too big a crowd for Salt Life and could see her on Surf Stage mid-day.
I'll take a shot a pre-party, hopefully they kick it up a notch. STS9/Ghostland - Ghostface Killah /w BADBADNOTGOOD or Gza /w the Brownouts Courtney Barnett - MSTRKRFT Unknown Mortal Orchestra - White Panda Bierut - Dopapod Wild Child - Q Brothers
If that is the schedule for next year, I am the proud owner of two tickets to the show and a condo next door/on the beach. Weather in Middle Tennessee is pretty amazing today and was also yesterday. Last night, sat out on the deck and it was breezy and 70s. Folks at Bonnaroo have had good luck except for the downpour early, THP arresting everybody in sight, getting into the farm, and heat middle of the day. Some good bands performing I would like to see but, maybe at Hangout next year. Got a lot of friends at the farm. Hope they are having a great time!

How far are you from Roo?
How many days (estimate) til the line up drop. After Waka, I feel like I'm addicted. Estaban is at Roo. Anyone else there right now?
Im trying to find a good late July/Aug fest to go. Got 2 small fests in Floatfest (Ghostland, Local Natives, Phantogram) and Utopiafest (Explosions in the Sky, Leftover Salmon, RJD2) and Funfunfun as definites. Eyeing up Voodoo in NOLA once the line up drops. Might do a day at ACL.
Forgot...did you see where Dave Grohl fell on stage and broke his leg. Takes "break a leg" for a performance to the next level.
Even if ya don't like him, that takes balls (and morphine and whiskey) New Terms: Pull a Grohl Foo Fight it off When life gives you a broken leg, just fuckin dance

That's us here. we are doing ACL and float fest and looking into either life is beautiful in Vegas or doing voodoo. I'd really like to catch KENDRICK this year.

Congrats! Hope the ticket didn't cost an arm and a leg (no offense, Grohl), but regardless of what you paid, it'll be worth it. The Stones are one of those bands that everybody should see live at least once.
I remember seeing Ted Nugent's lead guitarist catch his silk shirt (70's of course) on fire. He bailed and came back the next song barely missing a beat with a bandaged arm. Rockers are pretty tough guys and gals.
I gave in to the bucket list and will be going to the Rolling Stones in Nashville Wednesday night. It was a tough call over Vacation Bible School. Brad Paisley is catching a lot of hell for being the warm up band, but I watched a segment of their rehearsals on TV and the dude can flat out play guitar. Just have to look past the cowboy hat and strange politics. I heard he fired a couple members of his stage band because they were drinking on the job. Geez, close to 90% of Paisley's songs are some sort of drinking or drunk songs.

Has anybody had a chance to check out Beck's new single? I'm a little on the fence about it. I like that he's going in a new direction, but it seems a little boring.

Beck had said that he was working with Pharrell and others on the new album so I figured it would be a little more "poppy". I'm not sure how I feel about that single. I just took a listen. I love anything with that underlying disco beat and there is a little bit of that here but overall I guess I don't love it.
Watched MMJ and Mumford's Roo sets on the stream on Saturday while boozin... Both were fantastic imo. MMJ's set was ridiculous. Literally like a greatest hits set with the new songs thrown in. I couldn't get over how good it was. Mumford would absolutely kill it at Hangout too. Perfect demo for them.

That MMJ set was amazing. Can't wait to see what they do next month when I see them. Mumford was pretty good at the Seaside Heights stopover. I was surprised that a lot of people left early but it gave me a chance to move up pretty close. I enjoyed the new stuff a lot more live than I do off the album and they certainly give it their all on ever song.
Also, what do I have to do to get some sort of Ben Folds set at Hangout? That Roo set was almost all new songs with a Chamber Sextet and he absolutely killed it and had the crowd engaged the whole time.

So pumped for MMJ to kill it at artpark. We have front of stage tix and I can't wait for it. Skipped em at hangout bc I was going to this show.
Smashing pumpkins acoustic-electro tour at riveria theatre tonight. Small 1000 seat venue. Been looking forward to this one for awhile now....

I second this. We need Royal Blood, Run the Jewels, Ben Folds and Punch Brothers. Make that happen next year, Hangout!
