Someone in the line said they were told the gates would open in 45 minutes if there was no lightning.
Just a few minutes ago a guy with an artist wristband told me 4:30.
Who knows.
Some of the festival crew have been inside cleaning the mess up from high winds last night since early this morning. The gusts were strong enough to knock down most of the perimeter fencing along the east side.
I hate to be a bitch, but Hangout needs to fire their PR staff. There is no reason to not announce the gate time at this point.
I agree. No comment since the initial announcement 4+ hours ago. Some type of update would be nice. 1000's of people want to know what the heck is going on.

On Twitter they are just replying to everyone saying that there are no updates. I'm actually surprised they are even doing that. Their social media/PR team is horrible. Hoping you guys get in soon!

We walked from the east side of the festival to Bill's by the Beach for lunch. The real entertainment is watching the thousands of kids standing in line and moving from entrance to entrance for a shorter line.
On a side note, there was a band at the bar getting shit housed at Bill's while we were there according to our waitress. I didn't go check to see who.
