We loved Nahko. Landed there after we gave up on Cage The Elephant. Sound on that stage is still terrible if you are not at or ahead of the sound booth.
Yeah, i don't think the relay speakers were working for Cage...got us to Leon quicker and he was great.
Weird to say, but Stick Figure was one of the loudest shows i've ever seen...the bass was turned to 11.
The Mermaid Stage will just about rupture your eardrum if you get on the front row - just a heads up. I had to back up a little for Vince Staples and Lizzo. That was too much bass for me. I am usually fine with sound, too.

Sounds like Hangout is now just South Padre/Daytona Beach but with famous musicians. What a sad sad situation. Frat mentality + millenials is a terrible combo
I'll catch up on all the posts later but I've literally no issues with anything, this weekend has been perfect short of the rain delay and blacking out during Foals. Yesterday was one for the books though and I was blown away by Zoogma, PTM and Lizzo fucking brought it! We'll be in for Bass Drum of Death today so find us and do some shots of warm vodka.
Yea...I will wait on lineup next time. Had a bad feeling about GV given lineup and folks on here confirmed. Hope to catch Inforoo Hangout friends at a different venue. Bonnaroo? What is the festival in B'Ham? Or, maybe lightning will strike and Hangout will go back to the original formula. Dead and Company would have been a much better headliner than Calvin or Weeknd IMO.

I think it would be more time efficient to come up with a list of headliners worse than The Weeknd and Calvin Harris. Obviously a much, much shorter list. I really hope they change things up for next year.

Ok, so Sarah, this is your fault. I am officially going VIP next year. So far me and my peeps are having an awesome time regardless of the munchkin mix.
Watched a clip of Freedia at pre party on YouTube. There are a bunch of chicks up on stage for azz everywhere and one big fat white dude with his shirt off and his belt in his hands behind his back. He couldn't move and fell on the preamps. Hahahhahaha. Freedia should have worked that ass with his belt, but she let him slide.

Can't get axs here and they aren't streaming from their site. Watching the last 20 minutes of Flo who will be fantastic on the beach tonight. I'll check it out once someone uploads the show.

I will say one thing. The sheer impressive level of trolling for them to put nothing but scary ass masks all over the stage at the boom boom tent presumably to fend off tripping souls is kinda funny.
