I can't actually think of ever seeing or hearing Deer Tick do Dylan, can you?
They've done some The Band songs that could be related to Dylan/The Last Waltz. Could see them doing something like that. But no, not a lot of Dylan covers I can think of.

That's pretty sweet and will probably make a lot of people happy.
Very glad to see it's not just 80's-themed, as I much prefer the decades bookending them. I'm a sucker for nostalgia, and anything themed "Dance Party" is gonna have me there. The later start time will help me out with the walk from Mumford, though I'll still probably leave early because I'd like a relatively good spot for this. All things considered I'm pretty excited for this - looks like it'll be a top 5 set for me.
