If you get there before Childish Gambino ends, you should be fine.

True, but if you're choosing Bassnectar over the Superjam, I will question your priorities. Even huge Bassnectar fans have probably seen him before, and this Superjam should be a great time.

And so another year passes without me attending a super jam. I'll be there at Bassnectar with you, once Slayer is done.
The 80's, not a decade of music that inspires me. I'll come check it out once Bassnectar is done though.

It's pretty sad that people going to Bonnaroo don't know who Eric Krasno, Oteil Burbridge, John Medeski and Karl Denson are. If that was the band, with the Snarky Puppy dude on drums, I'd still be there over all the other options. Things have certainly changed.

Is it wrong I hope Krasno plays bass the whole time again

Didn't we get past that whole 80's thing?
Yes, it is now the Throwback Superjam Dance Party! But you know how the goons are, they get something in their brains and that's all they can think about.

I love Karl Densin. Him and tiny universe are doing one of the late nights at GOTV this year. Missed them last year because I passed out before they went on, at 5:30 AM I think...

One of my favorite moments at Bonnaroo was watching Gov't Mule and John Paul Jones cover No Quarter. A girl leaned into strumntheguitar and asked if he "knew who that guy was". She was sporting a Led Zeppelin shirt.

Metal definitely isn't my thing so no draw there, that said didn't he join Metallica in like 2004 or something? Not really a founding member or anything.
He's awesome and can play funk with the best of them.
Krasno is also returning for his 2nd consecutive superjam
Krasno is in lettuce, so if you count the hip hop superjam form 2013 that makes 3.

Yes, that'd be like having JPJ play keyboards an entire show.
How early would one have to be at the Superjam tent to secure a rail spot?
Last year I was on the rail for Skrillex Superjam at the start of Jack White. So probably like 20 mins before everyone starts heading to Slayer and Tycho, but the rail isn't necessary for a dance party. As long as your in the first half of the tent, you'd have a choice spot. I think you can get a sick spot just from skipping Slayer and Tycho, but i'm catching a little of both and just dancing around everywhere for the superjam. Gotta leave a little early to catch some Flume too..

well it's not 80s. and now that its a throwback dance party, I feel a lot of 90's stuff and 70's will definitely be thrown in. So many fun 90's songs, and a lot of classic edm tracks too that i'm sure Pretty Lights will have fun with..
