Okay one more question since I've always wondered about this buying concert tickets in general and it seems like it'll actually matter tomorrow... When you're in the "waiting room" or whatever waiting to get through, should I be refreshing or just wait for it to let me through?

I see GNR keeping resale prices high but I also think there will be a bigger difference in W1 vs W2 prices than there usually is. The desire to see the first LCD or GNR show is strong, even I wish I had W1.
I've thought about that multiple times but i keep convincing myself that maybe they'll be a little rusty weekend 1 and kill it weekend 2.

I've camped multiple times and have never seen anyone turned away because their camping passes didn't match their wristband. It would be the biggest CF ever if they actually enforced that.

Some [dumb] people seem unimpressed with the lineup this year and want to sell their tickets; you can always buy resale if you are unable to snag one tomorrow.

Reaction is roughly the same as last year, and ticket prices stayed pretty strong in the secondary market. You can probably get lucky with an extra from a boardie though if you strike out. If you're doing weekend 2, it will only be kinda crazy, instead of insane.

I've bought camping passes after the fact on Craigslist a couple years and all we've said is "whoops must have switched them around they just went in in front of us". As someone else mentioned, just make sure you have the number of the person you got it from

i went through every single name i didn't recognize last night, with a quick 30 second listen to the most popular songs on youtube. I stuck with GoGo Penguins for 4 songs before i could move on. I'm assuming they'll be playing pretty early in the day?
Go go is my most anticipated band by far. Been listening to them for a while. Tried to book then for Art Basel and couldn't arrange the backline they needed. Great band.

Upon booking I received a very strongly worded email letting me know that all reservations for that weekend were non transferable and they would not "tolerate any room selling".
I will email them and ask them if I can put the room in the name of someone else staying in my room though, and see if that works out?

Yea when I get in those situations, I usually call them and say "Hey, my roommate's flight will be getting in 8hrs before mine so I need their name added to the reservation so they can check-in without me"

I can shed some light on this. I supervised tollbooths in 2012 if I remember correctly the scanners were programmed to alert if none of the wristbands matched the pass. If it did we were supposed to ask them to provide the name on the card for the pass.
I never denied entry because of it personally, but best to just have the name handy to save the hassle.
