Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
Saying "Looks like Ben Harper is Sun" and "I was thinking St. Louis-Indy-Bonnaroo makes more sense" are two very different things. I think his tour page originally said 6-12 when you clicked for show info (even though the listings show up as June 11-14). That's no longer the case (although Facebook still says 6/12).
Yeah when you click on the marker for Bonnaroo on the map it lists 6/12.
What happens if my tee shot lands on a bird's back and he carries it out of bounds but then is attacked by a larger bird who grabs the ball and drops it in the hole? Is that still a hole in one? 'Cause that's how I'm gonna play it.
If they're playing Thursday night in DC and Sunday evening in OH, wouldn't Saturday later afternoon at Bonnaroo be a lot more feasible?
I was simply going by the fact they had Bonnaroo listed as the 12th (with a TBC disclaimer) but if you want to go and bring logical reasoning into this...

Tove Lo's website has been updated to have just the 11th for Bonnaroo on her site. When you click it, it takes you to BandsInTown's website and still only has the 11th listed on it. If you click any other artist that is listed with her on the BandsInTown page, it has all four dates listed for those artists, where her's only has the 11th. It used to be listed like the Firefly Music Festival with a + mark next to it and has recently been edited to just the 11th.
She also lists 6/21 for Firefly and 7/19 for latitude, which is the LAST day of each fest (and have yet to release daily lineups as far as i know). That makes it a lot less likely to be a placeholder.
EDIT: She also lists the third day of Hangout, second day of Way Out West and 3rd of Flow Festival. She's very precise.
I have no idea who she is (in fact, I thought she was a "he" until just now), but she's 34th on the bill. They've had plenty of buzz bands from the mid-card play Thursday night.

She is cool, a bit poppy but I like that song habits (stay high) that she has out. I am looking forward to seeing her. She was supposed to be a BUKU but had to get nodules removed from her vocal cords and canceled. I don't think that is a big deal surgery-wise. She seems like a Thursday or early day show to me.

I'm watching Jungle, Temples, The Growlers, and King Gizzard on Thursday for sure, so any more adds will just get me closer to them! Jungle will be the only one with a big crowd I feel though.
If it hasn't already been mentioned, add glass animals to Thursday per their website. They are playing Asheville wed 6/10, bonnaroo Thursday 6/11, and two shows in Virginia on the 12th & 13th. They do have an off day on Sunday the 14th but with a show in Ohio on the 15th, I'd say Thursday is a lock.
I'm really looking forward to their set, I had never heard of them before the roo lineup announcement but I have had them on repeat since

They have been added to Thursday, I was holding off at first because technically they could still play on Sunday. But after looking at their dates, if they were to play on Sunday it would put them at 9 days in a row with a show.

Betting Glass Animals has the biggest crowd out of all the confirmed Thursday acts thus far.

Completely agreed - and I'm gonna be adding to it. They're far and away my favorite post-lineup find so far.

Take it with a grain of salt, but adds on the website say that the crowd at Glass Animals will be much larger than that at Jungle. If trends continue then Glass Animals will be a larger show than Flying Lotus or Tears for Fears. Personally I'll be at Jungle when the time comes.

This Thursday is looking even better then Mgmt. Vampire Weekend kinda thursday from years back..I love a good Thursday. Satisfied already by Friday to just sit back and enjoy the rest of the weekend, not caring if you even miss some shows.

If that is the case, then I'm glad I bought those June 8th glass animal tickets.

Agreed. A good Thursday can make the rest of the weekend that much better.
2008 was good. 2010 was probably where I had the most fun. Miike Snow>Neon Indian>Temper Trap>Lotus was a really good run for me.

Thurs, Friday, and Sunday will be a lot of fun. At the moment, Sat looks to be my wandering day again. Sat past 5 last year was amazing, Damon Albarn(Pit), Slightly Stoopid, James Blake(Front Row), Jack White, Skrillex Superjam, Darkside. Before 5, I sat through an acoustic set of Cherub, and there wasn't enough weed to make that set fun. Even worse than when I saw them that thurs, this might hurt some fans feelings: Cherub didn't do it for me at all.
I'm not the biggest metal fan, so Slayer doesn't spark my interest. Unless Mumford has a new album out by Roo, I can get ready for some LN action. Bahamas and Trampled by Turtles are the only acts on Sat I would see. Fingers crossed for Tears for Fears on Sat, because if they are put on Friday or Sunday: my head will spin.

All signs point to Friday as being my big day. I think thats how it was last year too.
Saturday will revolve around Slayer. All time will be measured as before Slayer (BS) and after Slayer (AS).
I know there is a lot more to come but Sunday is looking surprisingly uncluttered so far for me.
I'm pretty much the opposite. Seeing what's booked for the other days, I'm hopeful that Saturday will be the best. That's probably wishful thinking, though, based on the likelihood I'll only be there that day. I don't really care about the top 4, but I have to assume Florence or MMJ will play before Mumsons and Slayer will hopefully start before the Mumsons are finished (a la Kanye/Mastodon last year). Bahamas and Trampled by Turtles early in the day would nice. Throw in Belle and Sebastian and maybe Atmosphere and I'd be happy.

For me its Thursday then I hope the rest of the weekend nothing great starts till 5pm and on. I usually only catch a couple afternoon acts because of the heat. It's been working out pretty nicely hanging out in the air conditioned expedition that we rent every year. I usually miss like 5acts i originally wanted to see, but then never miss anything I really wanna see later in the day and night. A perfect roo for me is when everyone I dont care to see or have already seen plays between noon and 5 fri, sat, sun.
