Yeah, my stamina isn't what it used to be. I'm hoping the shuttle allows me to go HAM for one whole day and night.
Thats why I dont go out till after 5. If wanna go Ham, I make sure to be able to pass out in my ride all day. Go in with a full tank of gas in a rented expedition and its basically a hotel room. The $45 shower weekend pass in the deluxe showers is choice as well.

Friday is so stacked, I'm thinking Florence and the Machine is sat before Mumford. And I'm thinking MMJ is before Joel, because I still think Plant will get an Umphrey's type slot.
Sunday is shaping up to be my favorite day if they don't botch the scheduling
Shabazz Palaces->Caribou->Spoon would be great
I'll be quite shocked if they don't put Spoon on the Which stage. You could definitely get Shabazz -> Caribou realistically, but I won't be surprised if Caribou and Spoon conflict (at least partially) And that really isn't them "botching" the scheduling, it may not be what you want due to conflict, but it definitely makes sense and that conflict is a good idea to help break up crowds

Come to think of it Spoon in the Artic Monkeys spot makes too much sense. Spoon-> Shabazz Palaces -> Caribou. Make it happen AC

Plant had that shitty day What slot with The Band of Joy a few years back. With his placement on the lineup its safe to say The Spaceshifters are at least pre-headlining. Ill toss my bet on closing out the Which on Sunday though.
The last two times Plant played Bonnaroo (2008 with Krauss, 2011 with band of Joy), he played the What immediately before WSP on Sunday. And that was with lower billing. I'm pretty sure he'll be before Billy Joel.
And don't ever compare Robert Plant to Umphrey's McGee.

Ok so MMJ announced their tour dates, and they are playing Roo on 6/12. I know some people are claiming that Kendrick-Mau5 is happening on Friday, but now I really just don't see it. Honestly I think a lot of people would sell their 3 days and just wait for a Friday pass if this is the case.
I'm thinking the headliners are on different days. And possibly Mumford is closing out on Sun. Billy Joel might open, and Kendrick-Mau5 sat.

Check that again. They're playing 6/11-6/14 according to the press releases and website.

In regards to their placement, obviously they are in a different league musically.
Tuesday, June 9 – Hi-Tone, Memphis TN* Thursday, June 11 – Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival, Manchester TN Friday, June 12 – Drunken Unicorn – Red Bull Sound Select, Atlanta GA* Saturday, June 13 – The Mothlight, Asheville NC* Sunday, June 14 – King’s, Raleigh NC*

Or alternatively, and i'm just spitballing here, but maybe we could trust the inside source that has been correct for the last 6 years.
What happens if my tee shot lands on a bird's back and he carries it out of bounds but then is attacked by a larger bird who grabs the ball and drops it in the hole? Is that still a hole in one? 'Cause that's how I'm gonna play it.

Not to nitpick, but their Bonnaroo dates are actually 6/12 - 6/14. They're doing a 3 night stand in Chicago from the 9th-11th. I know on their website they list both Chicago and Bonnaroo for the 11th, but I think that's just a typo.

So, you think the 6th billed band on the lineup is going to play around 3pm like the 31st billed act did last year?
On Sunday of last year, the 9th, 6th, and 1st acts played the main stage on Sunday. I think it's reasonable to slot the 7th, 6th, and 1st acts in those same slots for this year, don't you? I'm also thinking the 16th billed act (Spoon) will be closing the Which stage just like last year (Wiz Khalifa).
On the other hand, the Beach Boys played before Bon Iver in 2012 and Fogerty before ZBB in 2010, so they could certainly have Plant play before MMJ.

But no one thought they'd play Thursday anyway.
I'm well aware of the Chicago dates. I was just pointing out that any source that said they were playing Friday also says they're playing Thur, Sat, and Sun. The fact they're playing Chicago Thur makes Friday all the more unlikely (which we've known for awhile with Kendrick/Mau5/Bassnectar all expected Friday and MMJ reportedly NOT playing LN.)

I agree, I think that Chicago run through Thursday pretty much excludes MMJ from a Friday slot. They could easily play either Saturday or Sunday, next show isn't until Tuesday.
