A few thoughts...
I don't get the new clue on Twitter.
I'm assuming this will be from the Forecastle mold. I think I would prefer that. I'd rather have lots of good mid-tier bands than a couple of been-there done-that big name headliners.
I'd like to see Sufjan, Ryan Adams, Primus and the Choclate factory, Jenny Lewis, Chvrches, Twin Shadow, Diarrhea Planet, and The Steeldrivers, and local band Fire Mountain.

Best clue I can give is its a fairly accurate mix of acts playing Forecastle this year, and acts that played Forecastle in previous years. And the #2 headliner will be TBA.
