Just skimmed through the relevant conversations that have transpired and damn, I really feel pretty 50/50 on this. Don't feel compelled to vote either off as an accused Mafia member. But after review, I have slightly higher suspicious of Jaz, if I had to choose.
Bogart makes his first post in days and evens things out. At the time, I like the move, not because he's going to vote for Potent, but because its something a veteran townie would do to force Tainted to make a meaningful vote. Now I see he may have been saving Jazmo from elimination.
Ok, I am not going to give tainted an easy out here.
I am not sure if we have a mafia in these two are not, but I do not think keeping potent around is a good idea. For one he changed his vote 5 or so times before we got in the runoff, which is something I can not get behind. Some might find that ok, I don't. It causes too much confusion. That being said I also think 14 pages for day one is excessive and when it comes to later in the game all of that clutter is going to make it harder to get a grip on who said what, but I digress.
Farris's statement also makes no sense to me, you claim that if potent is mafia you would rather get rid of jaz?! I'm not a scientist but I know enough to know we are trying to get RID of the mafia. You then go on to say that potent will be an easy target later on, but jaz will "fade away". Why is that exactly? From my experience pretty much everyone who is in the day one runoff fades away (at least in day 2), why is potent different?
Lastly, Potent offering himself up does nothing to clear him IMO. In fact I find it makes him that much more suspicious. Why, you might be wondering? BECAUSE IT IS WORKING. If potent makes it through he will be able to use that excuse for the rest of the game, an excuse that has already been used to clear his name once in the past page mind you.

This round has been really weird. Everyone was suspicious of Krissy and Potent, and then all of a sudden everyone moved to Jazmo. I was initially kind of suspicious of Jazmo but the way this round has gone I'm starting to think differently. It really rubs me the wrong way how quickly everyone shifted to Jazmo
I don't see how I could not believe Krissy at this point. It seems my instinct that mafia was willing to let her die off when I stacked her up to 5 votes was sound. The rummy vote to me seems somewhat weak but I can see why mafia thought she was blowing her cover with those ridiculous questions about the rules for an inspector right before the first whack. I can't blame the mafia for whacking her, and she did end up voting for Jazmo over Potent (even though, admittedly, she was much more vocal against krissy - a big reason why I came out strong against Krissy in round 2). It seems to me now like the rummy what may have been a pseudo-decoy.
Then the JFG whack points complete towards Jazmo.
And I see the connection between Bogart an Jazmo. At this point, I feel like I need to go with Krissy here.
Jimmy, I didn't save jaz in day one jim did. None the less I figured no one was going to believe a word I said, and like I said I can't really blame you. There is no reason to keep this day dragging on any longer IMO. Hopefully potent/jim were mafia so the town can live to fight another day.
Surf has one missed vote. Had the round not been extended, he would've missed this one, too, which would've meant his demise and the end of the round. If I'm correct in thinking the third mafia is still alive and Surf is a townie, that would put the town and mafia even. The night whack would secure the mafia win.

Farris - so if I'm reading your post correctly, you believe Jazmo and I are mafia together with an unnamed third who I'm assuming is alive otherwise I see no harm in naming them.
If that's the case, what point would there be for me to fake inspector? And it's not like my back was against a wall when I revealed myself. There were still outstanding votes as well as lots of time left in the day. What benefit is it to me, in your theory, to fake inspector right now?
I will start by asking you why you didnt respond to my question earlier, why would I bring up a Jaz/Krissy combo if I was tied to Jaz? Again you jump on a Jaz/Farris combo and you still havent answered me. I wouldn't be making those types of moves if I were mafia IMO
The reason you fake inspector at this point is to create confusion and hopefully push a townie out the door for a win, its risky but makes sense.
As Jfg once said earlier in the game, every post makes a difference. I still want to hear from everyone with their thoughts before this day is done. But the way Bogart locked his vote for Jaz and "just wants to get this day overwith" made me think of a possible Krissy/Bogart combo. This is really tough, if it was a combo of Krissy/Bogart/Surf then the town will lose if we vote Jaz off. This is a fucking mess.

While I still have my questions about Krissyjo being inspector and I'm having a hard time confirming it mentally, I agree the play is to lynch Jazmo. It'll give us Intel either way.

I see what you are saying. I have had so many grouping possabilites that it's been hard to see through the fog. The thing is, Surf missed a vote and is holding out now. I don't think that surf would miss another vote, if he does then the town is fucked like you said. If he does vote then the possibility of him being mafia is still there, but at least we still have a shot. I'm pissed at surf for not playing the game, it has been a liability to the town, Bogart seems like a lock for mafia based off what you highlighted in his posts plus the way he is acting, an I am okay with Jaz being voted off (if one of my more crazy possabilites comes to fruition then oh well, I can't keep spinning my head)

I apologize - you're right, I didn't answer your question. I meant to get to it when I went through the rest of the game, but I just didn't have the time to.
I just went through [a href="http://inforoo.com/thread/34465/mafia-78-tinfins-returns?filters[]=post_created_by%3Aeq%3A20022"]your posts[/a] and noticed something - you're kind of all over the place. You initially vote for me because I'm the only other girl that you know of. Random reason, no issues here. You never really explain your suspicions of me, even though you say that you do.
Throughout the game you made multiple theories on who mafia might be. It's hard to get a grasp on your actual feelings. Some of the connections you mentioned throughout the game:
Tainted/Jim Krissy/Jazmo/Rummy (after the Rummy whack you said you weren't confident in this one anymore) Surf/Jimmy/Krissy
Now I don't see where you specifically made a Jazmo/Krissy combo... unless you're talking about when you included us in with Rummy. But that was on the 13th. Not the morning of the 14th as you implied when you asked me this:
krissyjo, please don't choose me if you are indeed inspector, it will be a wasted pick. I would choose between Taint, Surf or Jimmy. I know how hard it is to be inspector and I never even had to deal with people questioning my validity.
Although I am sure you will be whacked if we come to day 4. I am glad you are responding now. I will go back over things heavily tomorrow, I could see why you would link me to Bogart because I left my vote on him while discussing the other scenario. But its not like Jaz or Bogart completely swayed me or anything. I just don't want to be erradic with my votes even if I am discussing multiple scenarios. I havent tied myself down to a scenario yet but I will by tomorrow. The reason I switched from Taint was because he had little value as a pick with the info you provided at the time. Now we have a conflict, I'm not just going to move my vote back and forth back and forth a bunch.
One question for you, why would I highlight a Jaz/Krissy combo the way I did this morning if I was mafia with him?
Then your most recent posts are what really made me start looking your direction. I obviously can't be 100% confident that you're the 3rd mafia. But if you're a townie, you sure are confusing the hell out of me and that's not helping the town one bit.

I was accused of being mafia by a person I know is faking inspector, I provided evidence of this but no one wants to believe someone who has been accused of being mafia. I have said multiple times that this makes sense, and given the same situation I do not blame you. Was moving my vote to jaz to "get the round over with" the best move? Probably not, I was frustrated and at this point it's pretty clear you guys are biting into every word she says. I figured ending the round sooner would be just as beneficial to the town as letting it go on for another 24 hours.

I've come up with lots of crazy possibilities but Krissyjo and Jaz working together is definitely NOT one of them. How would that work? They'd be eliminating one of their own for what purpose? I don't see how it would actually pan out. Or am I missing something?
