Shit is liable to be wild again late summer. We have had our fair share of big hits between Lake Charles and Ft Walton the last 3-4 years, so hopefully the NC Gulf will mostly be spared.
Might as well set the thermoostat at 78 had it set to 73 yesterday and never dipped below 75.
I have tile floors and my AC is currently set to 77, but the smart thermostat will eco-friendly it up to 78 when I am not looking. I am fine almost all day (because I sleep with it on 69 and the floor stays so cool) but sometimes I have to turn it down to 74 because it will get so warm around 3pm.
Yah I'm flying into Omaha tonight and I am NOT looking to how hot it will be. Not that it's much better here.

Power has been out since midnight and it is starting to get very cold in this apartment...
bundle up in some layers and blankets. open your under sink cabinets and drip faucets if it gets too cold. fill containers with water just in case you need it. hope the power comes back soon, stay safe.
