I believe you can. They sell water/snacks in there. Not totally sure.
fun fact: the cinema tent is the only place you can buy booze after ~2:00am. learned that last year when searching for booze after die antwoord while hanging at the silent disco. pretty sure they only had miller lite, but it was better than nothing.

The cutoff in TN is actually 3AM. And I've never had a problem getting beer at any of the vendors after 3AM personally.

well, it was definitely later than 2AM, since it was after die antwoord. maybe like 5:00am? all I know is that I wandered alllll over centeroo and all vendors were closed, but several people directed me to the cinema tent. it was most certainly the only place serving booze after late night shows.
definitely hitting super troopers live reading and birdman with the drum score. Might see Trainwreck but the comedy line-up at that time looks great too. And i'd like to see the Trapped in the Closet sing-a-long but im not sure if staying up that late on my first night is a great idea. but decent chance i say screw it and go because ive wanted to do that for a while
oh, and the NBA Finals if when my rockets make the finals

Just noticed the new Amy Schumer movie (Trainwreck) will be playing Thursday from 3:30-5:30, lines up perfectly before the music starts. I imagine it will be crowded with nothing else going on but the trailer for this is hilarious, and of course Schumer is fantastic. I'd love to catch this.

I hope it's not TOO crowded. Realistically I know I'll have to get there pretty early to get a seat.

Yeah I'm kind of torn because I want to see this with my wife for the first time. Maybe it will be too crowded and my decision will be made for me.

Would love to see this AND Kurt Braunohler but I don't think that's possible. The same Comedy / Cinema conflict KILLS me on Sunday when Reggie Watts and Super Troopers Live Read pretty much overlap. This is assuming it takes so long to get tickets to comedy and the lines will be atrocious for both tents.

So what are we thinking as far as how early we will have to be in line, two hours, three?
i'm sure i'm one of the very few on the boards who is actually stoked to see "after the spill" about the bp drilling disaster. i'm from the gulf, have been a huge advocate for the victims of the spill over the past 5 years, so i'm actually really excited to watch that film!!!

Bummer....time for Roo to make up for it!
I don't understand? They met the $2 million goal already ($4.4 to be exact), this should have been in the bag. I am so sad.

Damn, that's lame. Maybe scheduling conflict (like something better came up?). Either way, it's more lame that they haven't made an official announcement for that change considering they promoted it heavily when it was announced.
Maybe it will be too crowded and my decision will be made for me.
