2nd time Bonnaroovian. 1st time tent camper. I noticed some chargers for rent by the festival last year I was just curious as to how much they were to rent and how long you could rent them for. Any help would be appreciated. Can't wait to see all you beautiful people on the farm.

Go to the store and buy a battery powered phone charger. and some batteries. boom! there ya go.

I'm not sure of the details, but I bought one of these a few years ago and it kept two phones charged all festival. I keep it in my purse or car at all times and find it to be super handy outside of festival life, too
Walmart, Target, Marshalls, etc all have similar products to what CKS posted. It may not be as good of quality, but I got one for $12 as a secret Santa gift (let's pretend I didn't say a price, okay?) for my giftee this year and plan on getting one for myself when I do last minute shopping this week. I'm not sure if anyone can can review the $12 version from Walmart, but I'd like to hear your opinions.

I bought one that has to be charged, so you're constantly needing a recharge for the charger. It's lame. I have bought battery operated chargers since then and use them ALL the time.
Those Anker chargers should be on every fest goers must own list
For real. I actually just bought another one I liked them so much. Got the 13,000 mAh E4, because at the time it was the best mAh/$ value. Looks like the 10,000 mAh E3 is slightly better atm.

I just got one of these Anker 13k mAh Battery Packs it is great. When this is fully charged it will charge my Samsung Galaxy 4 times. Bought one for myself and another for the girlfriend. One of these should get you through the weekend with no problem. Other years I have bought spare phone batteries and precharged them before heading to Roo but I found that this a cheaper option

It lasted all weekend and didn't need to be recharged. It charges my iphone 5 fully at least 5 or 6 times.

I believe the iPhone 6 battery is 1900 mAh, so depending on which Anker you buy, you can do some quick math. I believe Anker claims a 92% efficiency rate (meaning you only lose 8% of the battery charger to heat, etc).
So if you pick up a 13000 mAh charger:
13000 mAh * 92% = 11,960 mAh
11,960 mAh / 1900 mAh = So roughly 6 charges in this scenario.
Long story short, it will last you all weekend, and you'll be able to charge friend's phones too.

It holds 10k mAh, and has a solar panel builtin to charge itself. charge your phone(s) in the morning, leave it on your roof all day so it can recharge itself, and then you are good to go the next day to charge your phones all over again.

Very cool. At Levitation a camp-mate had a solar/wind charger. It had a solar panel and a little turbine built into it. No idea how long it took to charge, but was nice to leave out for a little extra juice. Would be really handy when going off the grid.
I own this SOB. Not cheap, but well worth it in the long run. Used it at Glastonbury. Kept two iPhones going the whole time. (we did have to turn them off some, as the reception sucked)
