I repped one of my Kanye shirts so hard on Friday this year at brunch and in the Kendrick pit line. The only person who said anything to me about it was a woman selling me a bottle of water at one of the vendors. She's like the water smelled like rotten eggs or I would have told her to fuck off.
I was right next to you for basically the entirety of Kendricks set. (Like, shoulder to shoulder next to you)
Lol did we talk? I'm trying to remember everyone around me. I know the three dudes in front of me were pretty into it and getting just as pissed as I was when he hadn't done any new songs.

Not really my "moment" but a funny one...
Coming in on Wednesday night I saw the volunteers confiscate not 1, but 2 full length mirrors from the car in front of us.
Either they were going for the world record in coke lines snorted, or they were vain as a mofo, this being Bonnaroo, I would say its a solid 50/50 on that.

Remember the girl that swore she was going to get up on the media stool the entire set, and finally did for "Sing About Me"? That was directly to my 10 o clock. The faux- mosh pit that formed during MAAD City was to my 3 o clock.

Lol I'm having trouble remembering everything. I remember the 2 dude in front of me that were together and a guy next to the left on them who was getting into it pretty good and a fairly attractive girl to my right who was dancing what looked like by herself. I was in the zone for that show Lol I just remember jumping up and down when he started playing his new shit.

Lol I was the dude to their left. You were right behind me, just slightly to my right. I just remember the shirt.

Lol that's pretty sweet though. I think I know who you were now.
1 million times this! I had planned on dropping Atomic Bomb for MMJ. I've never (and still haven't) seen a full MMJ set and after noodle! planted a suggestion that I might be able to see MMJ many times later but may never get to see Atomic Bomb..ever..I opted for Atomic Bomb which turned out to be one of the best shows I've ever seen in my life let alone at Bonnaroo. Instead of heading to the remains of MMJ afterwards I headed to SLAYER! and camped.
Our Roo Mantra since '03. It's gonna be a bit more difficult to uphold this year. I may carve it in my arm in case I ever forget.

Another quick one from Earth Wind and Fire that I forgot about until I watched the stream. At one point in between songs Philip Bailey stumbling over his words thanked the crowd because apparently enough people on social media complained about them being in a tent that they got moved to the Which Stage. It was so heartfelt, and he said it with a "thank you for still caring about us" tone. Then I remembered tweeting at the Bonnaroo account about that when the schedule came out. Probably the most moving moment of the weekend for me, that whole set was surreal.
I have sooo many moments to share but I'll narrow it down to my favorite two
The first and probably most memorable was Sunday night during Billy Joel's set. When it got dark, everyone started lighting their chinese lanterns and there were so many colors. So many glowsticks, the lanterns, the stage lights... it was literally magical. There was a wedding going on to the left of where my boyfriend and I had our towel laid out. We spent the entire weekend trying to snatch places in the front row or pit but during Billy Joel we sat in the back on the hill where we could see everything and just appreciated the weekend. The vibe was incredibly relaxed and happy. I had my very first funnel cake.
The second was the entirety of My Morning Jacket's set. My boyfriend and I had caught a place in the front row (not pit) earlier in the day so we could be there for Mumford. Neither of us had ever heard of MMJ and honestly we weren't at all excited about having to sit through another two hour long set before we could see Mumford. But holy balls, I swear, not for one minute of those two hours did I stop dancing. I have never been to a crazier show in my life and I enjoyed every bit of it. I was 100% sober but felt completely intoxicated. It was an incredible ass show. I kept looking over at the people around me and saying, "Holy shit."
