Double post. It all makes so much sense now. All his visitors in the kitchen. I totally just want to rewatch all the episodes from this season over again
Not quite sure. Still trying to digest it. It kind of seems like Esmail is trying a little too hard now to blow our minds. But it does all make sense given the context of most of the character interactions so far this season. And I guess we know now who it was knocking on Elliott's door in the last seconds of the season 1 finale.
Normally I'd not be very happy for a show to drop a bomb like last week and then have absolutely NO follow up the next week, but the secondary character exposition this week was much needed and very well done. Another great episode.

I meant to pop in here earlier to comment on this week's episode, but wow that was a tense 45 minutes of television. Even though the whole mysterious phone call and no answer trope is way played out, I still got chills when Elliott got the call in the electronics store and Mr. Robot disappeared. And yeah that ending.
My friends seem to think Angela was bugged by Dom on the train and thats why Eliott wasn't talking. I'm also curious if Darlene died or just Cisco did.

I do not think she was bugged but not sure who those two people were. I think only Cisco died because the blood splatter was on his side of the window. Absolutely amazing episode from beginning to end. Not to mention we finally get a kiss!

This show has pretty big balls when it comes to narrative choices, but I'm not sure if its balls are quite that big. I could see how they'd make it work, and this season was pretty Darlene-focused in many parts that would make her exit that much more "whoa". And yeah her coming back in Mr. Robot form could totally be a possibility. But still i think if Esmail was planning to kill her off he would have shown us right there at the end of the episode to have more impact and let it marinate over a week. Plus as far as we know the Dark Army's only target was Cisco and the shooter could have only aimed for him.
As great as the ending was, the I am now more than ever intrigued on the Tyrell situation. Like there's no way he is actually dead right?

This show is insane. I can't wait for the finale. The whole segment from last episode with White Rose and Angela was intense as hell. Also, no clue what to think about with Tyrell. Is he alive and his own thing? Did Elliot kill him and add him to his roster of 'personalities'"?

My big theory: Wellick is dead and the Tyrell we saw last week was just TyrElliott and is in his head. Mr. Robot did actually kill him and is now using him as a personality in Elliott's mind to get to the next step. A few different things make me think this. Wellick's voice in last episode, the cabbie argument, and especially the closeup shot of Mr. Robot's hand closing a door (to the apartment) and another, suit-wearing hand opening it up (Wellick). That's where RObot hands the reins over to TyrElliott.
Edit: I just re-watched that scene. It's not two different hands. It's just Robot leaving the apartment but before the door closes a suit-wearing person's hand stops the door from closing, goes into the apartment, and closes it behind him. Really not sure what to think now. Holy shit I love this show.
