how likely does LCD seem for this? Also when does the lineup usually come out around?
Has to be close to a lock. With LCD hitting every major fest already, including Lolla which is also run by C3. The question is do they do both weekends. Also, the line up usually came out by the time we hit up hangout.

I was hoping to see Sigur Rós at the festival, but looking at their just announced tour dates in US it doesn't seem like an option. Also, lineup came out on may 5th last year.
ACL has to be one of the most intriguing fests this year. No one has any idea who is actually performing this year, and we're only a month away from the lineup dropping.
The two weekends effect will make this one interesting, because I can see some major bands like Radiohead and LCD not going for it. Then again, seeing Radiohead's schedule with two days in Mexico on the 3rd and 4th, they are more than likely booked for both.
What makes you think that Radiohead will only play one weekend? Their tour dates make it very easy for them to be on for both.
EDIT: I would think that GnR would be more likely as only one weekend due to their pricetag.
Yeah I'm thinking G'N'R and LCD would swap out, both seem like one-weekenders. Arcade Fire probably too, if that new album their working on isn't completed by then.
Honestly feel like ACL lineup is going to be one of the best in the past few years, which I'm bummed about cos I'll be studying abroad. But, honestly I could see a top 3 along the lines of Radiohead // LCD // Kendrick. Radiohead & LCD for obvious reasons, and Kendrick has played in past and also headlined the NZ adaptation of ACL.

How? Based on all the names going around, the only "eh" for me would be Mumford & Sons, Ellie Goulding, and Major Lazer.
even though radiohead is likely them and LCD aren't confirmed by any means. if we're being literal in "worst case scenario" you should be talking RHCP - mumford - calvin harris - ellie goulding - macklemore

LOL. That's pretty abysmal. I'll happily be at Utopiafest with a better line up.

That would be awful. Sadly, would probably sell out still too.
Yeah i agree, no way GnR plays ACL when they basically have the option to play whatever NFL stadiums or Futbol stadiums they want. Maybe next year it could happen, but Coachella is an exception being it's their hometown gig.
