Just a quick question. What time are all of you going to show up at Buffalo Wild Wings? We will be staying one exit up from yours at the Wingate Inn. I haven't heard of anyone else staying at our hotel, so we will probably drop by.
i'm going to be there between 7-8. if the travel goes smooth, then maybe sooner. would be sweet if i could catch some happy hour prices! i know my bee dubs up here has HH till 9pm thru the week.
know what i'm thinking? buy some extra wings for a thurs nite munch! they should keep. fridge in the hotel room, then into the cooler in the morning! it's a win win baby!
Attention guys. I just realized something about the map. Exit 78 has gotten so crowded that they opened an EXIT 78B in both directions to ease congestion. I don't use the exit much and so I forgot. I've adjusted the map.
NO MATTER WHICH WAY YOU'RE COMING, GET OFF EXIT 78B (HWY 96E). Just remember head towards Murfreesboro, not Franklin.

YO! I'm a fellow citizen of tha 'boro and ex-student of the prestigeous *cough* Middle TN state university! I'm coming in town with my RV and 6-8 friends to hang with several more friends already still living in tha 'boro. We will Definitely be stopping by BW3 for some frosty brews, great wings, and Golden Tee Golf! Schhhhhhaaaaaawing! Anybody know a good place in town or around town to park a BIG RV! this is not something for your buddies driveway! any thoughts?
Also, not to take away from the good times at BW3, but anybody got plans to hang out any place else? I KNOW the boro, and there are tons of watering holes around campus and around town! Anybody?
Well, we will be in Wednesday evening.... leaving memphis, tn (3 hours away) around 3-4 PM. I will need to park it and probably sleep in it that night until we get up to leave for bonnaroo the following morning.... One companion vehicle probably...
Your best bet is probably to park it at Walmart. It's right off the Interstate, they have a huge lot and they usually don't care. And it would probably be safe there if you drove the car elsewhere.

Yeah, that is what i was thinking. Would like to stay near the interstate. I was thinking maybe a hotel parking lot or something. who knows, we will find a place for the big rig!

well, i guess we'll see how the night goes! i sugested bw3's because it was close to the hotels and the highway. someplace any half-minded person (me) could find. don't want to do a lot of drinking and driving. especially in a town i know nothing about!
While there are places in M'boro with more character than BW3, I still think it is the best place because of, as jizzo said, it is close to the hotels, easy to find and has everything we need. That said, it woud be a great place for people who wish to see a little more of the town to meet, have a beer and head out as a group.
I personally plan on making an early night of it to get rested for Roo.
Can't wait to meet everyone exactly one week from now.

How late is this Buffalo Wild Wings open? I may drop by , depending if it is too late, or not, but I would totally get my grub on, and drink some beer with you all if it isnt closed, I just dont know what time I will get to Murfreesboro. I am staying at the Knights Inn Wednesday night.
Hey Everyone! i'm back from my conference half way across the country and can't wait for roo now! I tried to slightly putit out of my mind while away but now its full steam ahead. I will give BW a call when we are getting close. IF for some reason we are going to be excessively late and we can't get there, can someone please PM me the phone number for BW's and their real name so I can call and say HEY!!!! just in case. We are so looking forward to this trip and maybe we can all meet up in the morning for the Drive. We are at the "Sleep Inn" and I would think we plan to leave Murfreesboro at about 8am. That strictly tentative. Our tix came too for our whole group! Woohoooo ;D
hi, I'm Tim...new to the site but very interested in meeting you all over time, just wish I had found this earlier. My crew and I are coming all the way from Omaha NE, and this will be my 5th bonnaroo in a row. We have some very close friends who live in M'boro, and it is one of the girls b'day on wed. So we are leaving here early on Tue. getting to the boro late late Tue early Wed. and we plan on going out on the town wed. night to celebrate her b'day. I'm going to see if they are interested in the bw3's idea...if not....I'll keep an eye on this thread to see where else peeps might meet up.
Ok got the cell number and will call you guys when I get across the border. We've decided to take the Detroit border crossing now because it is a little closer. Don't really like that idea but oh well, Gotta get there! Eat some wings!
