This is garbage.
I'm locked but I will go through some if it sticks out to me. It's mostly just conjecture and a repeat of things others players(INCLUDING MYSELF) have already pointed out.
First off, I'm sick of being called unhelpful and confusing this game. It's bullshit. Someone explain to me how I've been unhelpful? In a way that was a detriment to the town. I love how you call me a flip-flopper when you were the very definition of it last round.
It's funny because I took notice of the long Rummy quote when I was reading through and it really stuck in my mind as such bullshit that I,again, thought she might be mafia.
We've already established that the whacks make no sense if I'm mafia with NBF and Potent. I don't really see the point of going over that.
Tainted and Potent have already been discussed as well. I pushed both of them forwards in runoffs when I didn't need to. Why? Neither of my votes on them were forced or coming under pressure. I chose them. As I made clear in round one, I even made a point that Jimmy was the most innocent and that's one reason I voted for Tainted. Nobody made me do that. I could have voted for anyone and I made an effort to point out why a Townie was likely innocent and voted for a someone who could be potential mafia.
I was one of the first people calling out Potent as well. Right along with Carini. Who never called me suspicious. Jimmy didn't call me suspicious. Dragon didn't call me suspicious. The only whacked player who did anything of the sort of Jazmo but he expressed similar suspicious of everyone because that's what happens later in the game.
Meaning that they've expressed suspicion of both Potent and Farris.
How about those of u who are suspicious of Farris, Potent, and you?
I had never read it the way you did, in fact I was pretty baffled at how you arrived at that meaning. I realized that when I read that line, my brain always auto filled the "u" to "us", so it read "How about those of us who are suspicious of Farris, Potent, and you (Jazmo)?"
Looking at it now, I can see how you come up with what you have, but I do think it's a bit of a stretch. I think it more likely there's just a missing "s" at the end of the "u", I don't think I've noticed Carini using "u" in place of "you" before.
But still, something to think about.
I do think it entirely possible that SFA and NBF are Mafia together, looking just at their votes. The problem I run into with your theory is those 2 working with Potent, and the whacks really leading back to them.
I guess I just don't see a mafia combo of SFA/NBF/Potent choosing to whack Carini on D2 thinking he's the Inspector.
I also don't think SFA and Potent are working together.
Both yourself and SFA ended up voting for Potent on D2. However, SFA expressed suspicion of Potent earlier in D2, and came out with his vote on Potent as soon as the round opened up. You waited til near the end of the round and never mentioned Potent prior to that.
I had something else that I had an issue with, but it's too late for me to remember it at this point.
So like I said, I think your argument does have a little merit, but not enough to change my vote. I'll think it over and read through again in the morning, but not expecting to change my vote.

Agree with most of what you have to say, mentioned a good portion of it myself.
I agree that it's completely unfair to call you unhelpful. You've done nothing to hurt the town that I've seen. I'm not sure if people expect you to win the game for them single handedly? I know I had a little confusion on one of your posts, but shit, who doesn't write a confusing post from time to time? I know I do. I've really tried to stop using generic pronouns and just name the people every time. It seems that's where most of the confusion stems from.
But damn it SFA, if you're burning me again...*shakes fist at sky*

I mean I get it. It's cool. I ain't mad at anyone. It's just really frustrating because it's not something I can defend against really. Mostly, it's the fact that it keeps coming up that makes me suspicious of the intentions. There is a difference between being purposefully confusing and me just making the same mistakes I make all over the board. So being called confusing could be warranted, with examples. I'm just not really seeing anyone showing a correlation. I feel like I restated whatever people mentioned was confusing to them. And I know I wasn't doing it on purpose with some agenda in mind.
Yeah, the pronoun thing is certainly a problem. I actually did start referring to the people I was talking to by their names more.
haha. I'm not. I have a slight feeling you might be buttering me up but I think the whacks are clear, so I'm good.

We really need some torture device for this game to make people talk more. I feel like if the people in the runoffs were forced to say more things might be easier look back over. It's strange but pretty everyone that got voted off went silent in their last runoffs.
I'm locked but I will go through some if it sticks out to me. It's mostly just conjecture and a repeat of things others players(INCLUDING MYSELF) have already pointed out.

I flip flopped last round and took part in saving someone we know to be town. Are you seriously trying to indict me on that!?! Please tell me what I am repeating, I was the one bringing up Carini being inspector in the first place.
The bolded part of the quote, yeah guess who did indict you tho, RUMMY and NBF and SFA ended up voting her out! Yeah I did too but I was mistaken, that shit happens in a game of mafia.
The Rummy quote is a fairly big indictment on SFA, AND IT MAKES FUCKING SENSE. Seriously Rothric read this again so you can get a firm grasp on what she is implying.
Not sure how wise a late vote switch is but something about all this is nagging me. Enough where I'd rather shake up a rather boring game then come to regret not doing something later. Not that I really think Farris is anymore guilty. It's more a matter of who I'd rather vote along with. Two
For one, Potent's post are really not setting well with me. Especially his given reason for voting for Jimmy in the last runoff. Then the weird back and forth he's had with one or two others.
I also feel voting along with some of the other runoff survivors is a better place to have my vote. As I highly doubt both of them could be mafia, so I can have some peace of mine knowing they have no agenda.
Okay, so you mention here that Potent's posts are "really not setting well" with you. At this point, it is Farris v. Tainted in the run off, so it isn't like you can move your vote onto Potent at this point in the round. However, you clearly state your suspicions of him here.
As for the whack. I don't think Jimmy was inspector.
He seemed pretty neutral when mentioning those in the final runoff, so I don't think he would have been pointing to them. He even mentioned the mafia likely being thrilled with the 4-way runoff. Which doesn't mean a mafia wasn't in there but I think it's safe to assume he didn't have one of the three other names.
Having said that, he did ask Jaz to change his vote to Tainted but I think that was more of a direct question then a hint.
So.... who knows?
This whole post read as fairly confusing/vague to me, ending in the question "so...who knows?" - and I have tended to find SFA's posts as town very helpful and easy to follow in the past. That isn't hard evidence of anything whatsoever, but it is something I noticed.
I usually like to have fresh meat in the second runoff but I can't really disagree with what NBF and Jaz have said. I am a little worried that if we are on the wrong trail having the same folks brought up over and over will muddy the water, so I'd at least like to expand the search.
Just some random thoughts as I was looking this over.
I like to look at names that the whacked player(s) didn't vote along with, but that's even less telling since Jimmy voted for Farris early and left his vote there. Jimmy was also in the runoff so his vote might not be that telling one way or the other.
One other oddity was when Carini and Rummy pushed the third runoff in Tainted's direction. One could argue the mafia might have seen opinions changing on Jimmy and figured Tainted would be easier to get voted off in the last runoff?
I'll go with Rummy for now, but I'm certainly open to what people have to say because I'm not convinced of this myself. Partly just trying to get the ball rolling.
SFA >>> Rummy
Okay so you had these suspicions of Potent by the end of D1. Then as you post to place your vote on D2R1, you don't mention him AT ALL. What changed? You put me into the running instead because you want a new face. That's fine - but it makes me wonder why you've dropped your earlier suspicions of Potent.
I'd like to make the same suggestion as last round and say we put fresh meat in this runoff if we want a chance to win. I'm fine being one. I fount it odd nobody mentioned me much last round.
Then you say this again, that you want fresh meat.... and you vote for me again at the beginning of the day. Like you did in D2. How is that the best application of putting "fresh meat" into the run off?
Knowing I am town, it is suspicious to me that you've now voted for me twice without much reason - and on one of the days (d2), you had actually previously stated reasonable suspicion over someone else, who you chose to not vote for.
In summation: you seem to be playing differently this game. so my vote is on you. I want to see where things go from here.
Also in regards to what Rummy mentions about SFA constantly wanting fresh meat, in either of my scenarios with SFA/NBF/Potent or Tainted. There would have been 2 mafia in the day 1 runoff. Another reason Jimmy was a good misdirect whack when he was saying no more than one mafia in the 4 person runoff. Then SFA wants fresh meat all the time, GO FIGURE.
As for SFA pushing Tainted and Potent further into the runoff, that wouldnt be the first and it wont be the last time a mafia pulls that as a reverse distancing move. Also did everyone forget one of the most bullshit posts I have seen as a townfolk, Rummy was talking about this originally as well. She just might not have been on point with what the issue was. SFA tried to save Tainted at the end of D1 and Jazmo just happened to call him out on his bullshit.

If Potent wasnt mafia than Tainted sure was in cahoots with SFA. How else could you explain that type of move. I cant believe SFA is ignoring this and Roth you are just gonna go along with this charade?

He will be so good when you lock your vote with his and mafia win. Hes really really burning you, I mean SFA is good I will give him that, but I thought you would hear me out more than this Rothric. Its pretty much like SFA says "no I cannot be in cahoots with them I voted for them!" and you are just taking it for face value without running through the alternative mafia moves. The truth is the mafia dont always make the most logical moves in a self preservation sense. Its the zig vs the zag, both can be effective if it leads the town in the wrong direction. But the fact that Roth is agreeing with SFA that I would keep my vote on my fellow mafia (Potent, Tainted) and yet he cannot understand the concept of SFA making a similar move with the same two players baffles me. What gives with the prejudice?

Welp im going to bed, its way past my bed time and I have to be at work at 7am. I will be around as much as I can tomorrow morning, will be on mobile but will try to respond the best I can.
I flip flopped last round and took part in saving someone we know to be town. Are you seriously trying to indict me on that!?! Please tell me what I am repeating, I was the one bringing up Carini being inspector in the first place.
No, my point was you were very clear towards Jazmo that you thought Carini cleared NBF. Then you all of the sudden switched to her. Perhaps because you saw the tide turning and knew it was your best shot of getting out of the round? I'm not sure. Strangely enoghe, I'm the one that saved you from that runoff. The better mafia play,if I was connected to NBF, would have been to vote you back in. At least then she would have been the only forced vote. But I didn't do that because I was starting to think Jaz was setting you up.
You also voted for me and quickly switched off, after I pointed out that your reason for voting was hypocritical. STRANGELY, it has a lot of similarities to this Rummy post you keep posting. One could argue someone advised you to change directions there. Did they?
By "repeating" I mostly meant you copying other people's posts instead of coming up with an argument of your own. Mostly in regards to me being unhelpful. Which you've yet to explain how that accusation makes me mafia or give any real examples of it having any lasting effect on the game. I'll save you some time here: It didn't. It's just an empty way to toss shade at an innocent person.
Not sure I get the relevance of when you brought up Carini as inspector? I wasn't trying to make a point about that. But okay.
The bolded part of the quote, yeah guess who did indict you tho, RUMMY and NBF and SFA ended up voting her out! Yeah I did too but I was mistaken, that shit happens in a game of mafia.
Someone voted me into a runoff and I reciprocated. Yes, I did that. You forgot to mention Dragon there. He voted along with NBF and I too. Then he got whacked. If your theory that I'm connected with her were true he wouldn't have been the whack. That's so obvious it's not even funny.
The Rummy quote is a fairly big indictment on SFA, AND IT MAKES FUCKING SENSE. Seriously Rothric read this again so you can get a firm grasp on what she is implying. Rummy's post is a lot of hot air. The only somewhat valid criticism she makes is I didn't vote for Potent fast enough. Which really doesn't mean anything. And as I've already explained. I voted to expand the runoff because it was clear Potent was heading for the runoff anyway. It's really that simple. Then when the runoff started I switched strait to him.
I find it strange that you are so fixated on trying to use that post against me. You realize that Rummy could have been mafia, correct? That most of the content of that post is conjecture and empty attacks on my playing style Most of which can't even be substantiated if you read over the prior rounds.
In fact, if you look at who we know are innocent. I defending a lot of these people and gave reasons I wasn't voting for them. Jazmo and Jimmy, specifically. NBF, if she turns out to be innocent. Which I think is the case with the way you are trying to portray things.
I don't think it's bullshit at all. It appears I was correct about Potent's moves being shady. I was totally correct in feeling safer voting along with Jimmy. I don't think it's 100% clear that NBF was mafia. So how, exactly, is this the most bullshit townsperson post you've ever seen? FYI, i vote along with who I think is least suspicious all the time. And I'm vocal about it. This is nothing new at all.
This isn't the first time I've switched my vote like this when I'm townie. Not by a long shot. But I see why you are harping on it now, even though the first three whacked players had no real suspicion of it. That should be pretty telling right there. .
I cant believe SFA is ignoring this and Roth you are just gonna go along with this charade?
I'm not ignoring it. It's been discussed in depth this game. Funny enough, one of three people you are trying so hard to set me with was one of the more vocal about it.
As has been explained. It's a matter of timing, not prejudice. The timing of my votes make no sense for a mafia distancing moves. There was no pressure for me to vote Tainted ahead inthe runoff when I had 3 other choices. I'm also not the type to put myself out on a limb, so I wouldn't have bothered to save Tainted at the last moment. If I was mafia with him, he wouldn't have been in that situation anyway because I wouldn't have placed him there like a dumbass.
Also, you aren't being truthful about keeping your vote on Tainted. You switched to Jimmy at the end of the third runoff. Round Three 17. Carini > Jimmyroo > NothingbutDoctorNikolasVanHelsing > Tainted 18. Rummy > NothingbutDoctorNikolasVanHelsing > Tainted 19. NothingbutDoctorNikolasVanHelsing > jimmyroo > Farris 20. Farris > Tainted > jimmyroo
***Okay I am mistaken about both scenarios having 2 mafia in the runoff, only 1 does. But if NBF was mafia and Tainted was town that does give more reason to why Jimmy was the whack with his comment.***
Dude, you are really starting to spin in circles.
"Constantly" is such hyperbole. You make it seem like I was leading the town away from names. Which I never really did. Wanting new people in a runoff is a simple strategy that I like to go with unless the whack is very clear.
The great irony is you are trying to say I whacked Jimmy to cunningly lead people away from the truth. And then you are posting that Rummy quote that uses my statements on Jimmy as an example of how I'm unclear and purposefully confusing. So I'm not sure what you are saying? Did I mastermind this and just fumble it all up by not being clear?
Also, the first words out of my mouth regarding the Jimmy whack was that I didn't think he was inspector. So this is a nice theory but there is no proof that I ever tried to use Jimmy's whack to lead votes away from anyone. And if NBF was innocent, which is starting to seem certain to me now, then this implication doesn't even make any sense.
As an aside because I don't think I've mentioned this yet. Wouldn't a scenario with Tainted and I as mafia mean we would have whacked Jaz as some point? It just doesn't make sense that we would keep him around until round 4. Sure, you could argue his round 1 vote move was to risky for inspector. But I think a good mafia would have gotten rid of him earlier in the game. That's to much of a risk.
Alright it's really late and I need to get some more sleep. I highly doubt I'll be around much in the morning. I'll try to check in once or twice but I'm confident with my vote. Even more so with the constant use of that useless Rummy post. Seems that was their sticking point and why I'm still alive. SFA is a vet and shouldn't be alive. SFA moved his vote in round 1. SFA wasn't being helpful. He was being confusing.
It's bunch of horseshit and I'm sick of discussing it for yet another round. I think I'm taking a break after this game. This wasn't very enjoyable at all.

Dude you aren't even reading my posts now. The part you have bolded I SPECIFICALLY CORRECTED directly after that post was made. You are pulling at straws on that one.
Uhhh yeah a scenario with Jaz being town would involve him being whacked, mafia whacked him jackass. It doesn't matter if it's day 2 or 4 mafia whacked him after he took heat most of the game. That is a great reason to keep Jaz around so long. That's why NBF and SFA ended up being the only ones on Jaz. And once the town went in the other direction and voted off NBF it made sense to get rid of him since it would be unlikely town would be voting against him again.
Why whack Dragon? It's more evidence against Jazmo, WHICH WE KNOW WAS TOWN, I helped Jazmo in the last day before he got lynched. You were completely against him and he gets whacked. And that makes me more likely to be mafia?? Your logic is not matching up.
Tho only scenario in which you could paint me as a mafia is where I did nothing to save any of my mafia the first two or three days. ALSO HELPED VOTE RUMMY OFF, which you seem to be tying me to her. That makes the least sense of any of these situations involving all of us. At least with my theorys I have evidence of vote switches that I can corroborate with.
As for you and being helpful, NO YOU HAVENT I have yet to see you pose many theorys or even attempt to look at past rounds and put things together in terms of who the three mafia could be until you piggybacked on Roths vote of me, especially today on the most important day of all. You started out the final day voting in Rothrics direction (of all people), then promptly switch once it was evident you could align with him. Why not vote for me first if you had alrwady had suspicion of me in prior rounds? Naw you are just flip flopping some more, much like you've done about three times this game.
You know I guess Roth could be completely playing both of us right now (but because Roth didn't lock his vote with SFAs right away I am assuming he is definitely not mafia, the game would have been over right then and there) since I am town SFA has to be mafia.
Other than clearing Jimmy on Day 1 I don't see how SFA did any real work sluething for the town as the days went on. Yes he put shade on groups of people, and advocated for NBF but never did anything more than put doubt in the minds of the town. The substance is lacking with this one.
Look Rothric, its just a game but if you actually want to win this please do me a favor and give my scenario enough credence to actually look it over and think it through as you have done with SFAs before making your final decision. I am not sure what else I can do or say but if you have any questions I will try to explain them further for you, as much as you need.
Farris, you should know that I didn't just take SFA's word and believed him. Shit, I've literally spent hours rereading the game and putting pen to paper taking notes to come up with my own opinion.
I think Potent was Mafia, and both of you voted for him at the end of D2. However there is a big difference between your attitude towards Potent and SFA's. SFA expressed quite a bit of suspicion and then moved his vote to Potent as soon as the round opened. You never mentioned him at all, and waited til the very end to move your vote.
I read everything you typed twice. I just don't agree with your assessment.
I just look at the whacks and don't see it pointing anywhere except yourself.
If you're really town, then apologies to the town. But I'm leaving my vote on you at this point.
Okay but really I'm here, if you've got anything more to question me on go ahead and shoot. It's not like I was gonna disappear for the whole weekend.
I'm mainly seeing the vote switch at the end of round 2 at this point. I can't say if potent was saving NBF or not or what he was doing but it was interesting at the end of round 2 nontheless. I was intrigued when carini didn't mention Jimmys name after we proceeded to round 3, though not enough to move my vote right now but that can change over the weekend.
Btw hai Rummybunz =D
If I was mafia with potent why would I say this very shortly after he switched off of NBF?

SFA is a good player, couldn't you imagine him seeing Potent taking heat early and deciding to cut losses and distance himself from Potent as early as possible?

If SFA was mafia with Potent and NBF and the whole Potent vote switch was getting scrutiny I would be posturing myself as far away from them as possible.

Fack, sorry town for not doing a good enough job in narrowing things down. I should have been a better townfolk in earlier days because the vote mistakes I made ended up being the death of us.
An absolutely shit game by the town. Almost all of you were on the wrong people at some point. You had 2 mafia dead in the first 2 days and SFA on the ropes and then you made every wrong move and vote possible. The mafia tried to throw the game and the town wouldn't let them.
Congrats SFA. The rest of you should be ashamed.
The mafia made it really hard on ourselves. Pretty much all of that is on me. My head was up my ass most of this game, which I've openly admitted to my mafia comrades(and Billy). I will say that the dyslexia was all real. I wasn't purposefully being confusing. I just couldn't concentrate and everything I write goes downhill with that.
I feel bad for Rothric. I played dirty and used him to make a case for me. That's mafia.
And what the fuck townies? I tried to tell you NBF was innocent. That was hilarious to me. The one mafia alive was the only one defending a townie.
It's funny because I took notice of the long Rummy quote when I was reading through and it really stuck in my mind as such bullshit that I,again, thought she might be mafia.
Mhmmm. It really was such bullshit. My apologies to the town.
I really figured I was going to be whacked after I came at SFA so hard (then instead the mafia just played their hand to get me voted off D3); I wasn't inspector but I've played with him enough to know by D2 there was something up with him for sure.
Considering you've found the need to respond to my threads as if you are threatened by me I offer you some peace my confused counterpart. May you find peace in your restless soul.

Fuck, at least I was on at the end...somewhat. To be honest I wasn't paying as much attention to the game as I should have early on.
Meh, this is almost exactly how I won as mafia with Tainted surviving long enough and had enough distancing early to make the other towns unanswerables more glaring.
Should have known I fucking mentioned it first thing when I voted for Taint faaaaaaaaaaak haha I'm sure Billy thinks he could of done a better job

To be fair, although we voted two mafia out we lost our inspector instantly and that is a tough rout to go, very little was left in terms of hints but I guess the interaction with potent was enough for the mafia to make an educated guess.
I'll be back sometime in the next couple games but I'm sitting out for a while haha
