The problem isn't the mafia game. The problem is the people who have been signing up just haven't gotten any better at the game. I get falling for different tricks and situations over multiple games but some of you get fooled by the simplest shit. I think some of you (who I like a lot as posters) just suck at mafia. Learn, grow, and adjust.
dont count me out Billy, I've never played with this group before...I just want to get a game going.
My suggestion of adding a doctor was just to spice up the game a bit since the last few appear to have been lackluster...

This is the most true post ever made in a mafia thread. I have said it before. I like almost everyone I have met on this board, but mafia is not a game where we all get together and sing Cumbia while holding hands. You need to crack a few skulls and hurt a few feelings in order to win. At least I have heard that is true, having never played myself.
I would, but I've put myself on a minimum 1 game hiatus, even though Viking is playing.
I'm fucking embarrassed at some of the shit I've fallen for so far. I need to sit out at least one game and watch from the sidelines to re-evaluate what I'm doing.
I'm definitely not done for good, I just need to follow Billy's advice and "learn, grow, adjust" before continuing.
If this keeps dragging on though, and you just need another to get the game started, I'll step in. But I'd like to sit this one out if possible.

LD, I'm newish to inforoo so I don't really know anyone yet. I'm just trying to get some people to join the next game, male or female, but it seems that some of the regular Mafia players are a little burned out...
