Fucking storming here, so I'm going to have to miss Cracker outside. So it's onto Moogfest and Flying Lotus among some other shit they have.
Error loading player, no playable sources found. I don't know what it is, I tried on my chromebook, macbook, and PC. I wonder if it doesn't like my VPN?
Well, you know I gotta ask... Did they play 'Kids' and/or 'Electric Feel'?
They played both. I left after "Electric Feel" to post for Weezer with chickinchickasaw . "Kids" was never my jam anyway.
Glad they did both! Sounds like Weezer killed it (as I knew they would). Up here The Offspring did a wonderful set. If they'd have been down there, y'all would have been really happy. Best wishes on Sunday!
Guys. Sigur Ros. Happiest and saddest moments of my live music experiences ever. I told my hubby I've never used the term blue balls before, but when they cut sigur ros off, I'm pretty sure I experienced blue balls. So grateful. So sad.
I heard from spent who said Sigur Ros got cut short after just getting started. Got the report it was great while it lasted. It was opening night of this leg, so I was counting on the set list and reviews. Sorry for everyone there, though there is lots of flooding all around to the NW, N and NE. So y'all dodged it most of the day.

I will never, ever, forget dancing in the rain at Band of Horses with crackersoul and chickinchickasaw! Best memory of the weekend so far!
I will also never forget Staralfur being played while I run away from multiple 20-something year old guys in the Boom Boom Tent. (There is a reason why I VIP!) Sometimes, y'all have my back and sometimes y'all don't. :-P

This! Cut off and shuffled into the street! *sighs* I know how blue balls feel now.
21 Pilots getting booted off the stage for bad weather. HAHAHAHAHA. THERE IS A GOD.
You sure do like to celebrate people's misfortune, ey?
How long did Sigur Ros get to play? How many songs? They started before 21 Pilots, right?
Y'all stay safe down there. Is it actually bad or was it a false alarm?
Bad storm, stuck in elevator, jammed with KPO, Sigur Ros on fireballs not so much, Gulf Shores fire department having a big night, shut me out of Grove and 21pilots, gotta buzz and nowhere to blow it out. Hmm
Band of Horses, Mutemath, Susto, LP, Joseph James, and HEAD AND THE HEART IN THE RAIN WITH LIGHTNING IN THE BACKGROUND with thebrewdude and solidrock epic.

Never found you for BOH or THATH. Starting to think you're ignoring your friend.
Beach Bob is one of the nicest guys I've ever met! Took in a few boys who were caught in the rain and we had a beautiful jam session. Finally calling it a night.

One of the top highlights of all 8 years of HO for me! BoH sounded great and the rain was the ultimate special effect, perfectly timed. w00t!
Mondo Cozmo's Fitz Stage set was amazing, as was the grove set. Ran into Josh in the package store across from IWW after the night was shut down...a genuinely good egg.
Rain came for about 15 minutes total about 30 minutes after shutting down the artists.. But don't worry merch and beer are still for sale y'all!
Right now (0903) it is raining in Columbus. Not lightning (thank God), but steady rain. So I guess they'll do the sets (they should). Have been very lucky since 2011 with the weather, so I guess I was due for a bad one. Also, last night, Papa Roach did an epic set. Did one song wth a guy walking around in a rabbit costume munching on a carrot & right at end of set brought out about 20 members of a local HS band to perform with them. Those kids looked pretty stoked, as there were probably 30,000 in audience.
Also saw a band called Whitechapel. Boy, did they suck...
Hoping to see Metallica tonight. Best wishes on a great Hangout close for y'all!
Tried to dial sparkysarah into our location which was exactly where you told us to go and meet for THATH. I went with solidrock for BOH and had a great time. It is hard to go to every show with everyone. I do not want to heard cats, having too much fun going with the flow. Had more than a few hammered folks around condo who I helped out last night. Seeing and playing with PJ and KPO will be a highlight. THATH in the rain will be a memory. Mutemath playing Soundgarden and the lead singer floating around the Main Stage crowd awesome, and Mutemath drummer...Wow! Great day fireballs and storms and all. Sorry if I couldn't be everywhere. Maybe catch up to more today. My body has been rode hard and put up wet for sure.
Shaggy (VIP)- Strand of a Oaks (restaurant for food) - Franz (Fritz in front of LEMONADE BOOTH ON THE LEFT) - Warpaint (Mermaid) - Mumford and Sons. (VIP) Gotta pack for trip home in the morning sometime today. And then there are expected storms.

I love that drummer! Hairy dude & he ducttapes his earphones around his head. That, my friend, is dedication! Hope you have a great Hangout Sunday, Bob!

I swear I looked for y'all for half of the set. The Temple of the Dog cover was awesome until the douchenozzles next to me started making fun of Cornell's suicide. I told them off, hit the Grove for a refill of John Dalys, and posted early for Sigur Ros. And I've already mentioned what a cluster that was.
Today is Grove/pool > Susto > Shaggy > Strand of Oaks > Heydaze VIP > Franz Ferdinand > last part of Young the Giant > Warpaint > Mumford
