I agree. I really appreciate seeing parents bonding with their kids and exposing them to good new (ANY) music. Especially when they're donning oversize headphones. There is a knee-jerk reaction by society to be shocked, but god forbid they see raw creativity in comparison to the garbage they're exposed to on TV on a daily basis.

Been watching the stream all day. That crowd for Foals was f*cking AWFUL. I mean Hangout gets a bad rep for the demo they cater too but that tent was absolutely rocking for them. Night and day from whatever the hell just happened at Lolla. I get it's not at night but c'mon people.

Something seemed up w their sound and I know they love to play Two Steps Twice to finish out. They didn't look happy. Crazy that this is the same band listed right under Coldplay, Muse and Adele at Glasto n are pushed around like it's their first festival.

Incubus promised and updated on facebook that a new album is still on its way. I see them as a perfect Chevy closer or Lenny Kravitz psuedo-legend/pre fest closer.
How many of you picked Weaknd and Calvin Harris as headliners this time last year? I think I heard a couple folks pushing for Florence and the Machine, but not the first two. Given Hangout and Golden Voice, look to the Grammys and awards shows for your DJs and headliners next year. I am planning on spending most of my time listening to singer-songwriters and bands playing instruments within the undercard, hanging out in a bar, eating good seafood, or roasting on the beach. I'll be shocked, pleasantly surprised, if Mumford and Sons or similar finds their way onto the first or second lines. I do remember a push for PJ and Dead & Co, but got them at Bonnaroo.

hey all. bout to get married in a month and some days. just made up with wedding festival poster to celebrate. thinking about using it as my gust sign in to make lineup poster.. thoughts?
backstory: the alien is our boy Neil A from Hangout fest that we pass'd out to folks and just generally rocked out with. the blow up sheep was our first festival totem top. the pizza is b/c we are also having brick oven pizza truck at the wedding!
