On their 2014 tour, out of five shows, Fleetwood Mac averaged a gross of $1,965,424 and 15,330 attendance paying $130 average price. Their goes three of my $5 million.
Jimmy Buffet around $1million. Wow, Jethro Tull for $40k...now that would be a sweat two hour concert on the beach! Jimmy Vaughn $40k. John Hiatt $50k. And John Mellencamp checking in at $500,000. Journey $300,000. Kansas $30,000. Lenny Kravitz $500,000. Lindsay Buckingham $50,000.
alright so Coldplay was pretty cool, the production was really unique and the way the closed was awesome. For 4 of the last 5 songs they played on a small stage that was like hidden more than halfway down the floor which was right underneath my section making for a perfect view, i still have no idea how the band or the stage got there lol. Didnt make me any more of a fan or anything but i def enjoyed myself, still cant believe there was like 85k people there. They did enough to get me to stay at Made In America to see them if im there that day.
Also saw the Struts last night and they brought it. some girl apparently threw a beer can and the singer went off on ehre for like 2 min, it was great, never seen him like that before.

Did you see Bishop Briggs???
What's up with all this fan violence? Somebody tackled the drummer of STS9 at the Werkout and apparently some DJ got bit in the head by bath salt trippin wook.
didnt get there in time for Bishop Briggs. There was an awesome block party on 2nd on our walk there from Girard to Spring Garden with vendors, food trucks, live music so we got caught up in that for a while. I didnt see the girl throw the can but she was on the other side of the stage, but you could see the singer kinda snap when he saw it and went hard into her. Cussed her out and all. Shocked he didnt ask for her to be kicked out.
Violence increasing everywhere. That was a wild melee I saw on a video someone shared. Kinda looked stage because the guitar player kept playing while like four different fans group and sang. Stole the microphone from the performing singer. Definitely a way to lower the price. Just let the fans jump the stage and fist fight for who gets the SM85 or the Les Paul. I think there was a shooting at a hip hop show over the weekend. Might be the heat or the politics. Might be the drugs or ????. Just hope they keep the violence off the beach for Hangout.
i forgot the mention over the weekend in Camden at the Snoop/Wiz show 42 people were injured after they caused the railing leading into the pit to collapse. they were in the seated part of the venue but security is light there and its easy to just go walk up to the rail.
Societal collapse big Bob. Blame the Molly and blame the gen X wooks.
Won't be the first time society collapsed. Remember them "heathen" Beatles and over sexed Elvis. I was reminded last night of the Nazi Olympics. Just gotta rock and roll with the changes and avoid gun fights I guess.
Here's a nice little fest down the road from me. Bob, this looks right in your wheelhouse. I might drive over Saturday just to catch Southern Culture on the Skids, I haven't seen that name in a minute.
Also, the rest of the posts on this page gave me cancer.
at least you're alive. I was beginning to worry you'd gotten shot at one of those rapper concerts.
I actually did, but that Chris Martin lad from Coldplay happened to be in the room and he immediately removed the bullet, stitched me up, serenaded me with a romantic ballad. Then Tyler Joseph from 21 Pilots gave me a back massage and told me that they'd be headlining the Hangout festival next year and that I should come check them out. Kid Rock overheard this conversation and said he'd be closing the surf stage in that toothless tribal tattoo festy crowd spot that his boy Lenny Kravitz crushed last year. Gunshots aren't so bad when you're in the room with vibez.
Desperately attempting to defend all of the shit posts on the previous page by just writing "fail" when someone that was just pointing it out is the only "fail" here.
Why do you despise everyone in this thread? Serious question. Everyone in here gets along and posts positive thoughts and so on. What gives?

Where did I say I despise anyone? I'm just pointing out that some of you are dildos and your taste in music is questionable. Also, this was my thread before most of you transplanted your daily shitposts here a couple years ago. So I feel like you're pissing on my rug, dude.
Lmfao. One thing for JGXW76 is he was ahead of the curve on dissing a formerly pretty great festival that turned into a piece of fucking shit. I was a year behind, because I liked the 2015 lineup enough, and the experience was still great.
