Might just get a decent spot for Bon Iver and I guess watch Migos from afar? This is a big bummer. I don't know if I'll get another chance to see her this summer
Migos has most of a good album, a few good singles, and an incredible guest appearance on Atlanta, which is just enough for them to be slotted in the correct spot.
"Solange, who was supposed to perform at the first day of the festival tomorrow, will be unable to perform due to “production delays and complications beyond her control,” and Migos are stepping up to fill in for her. The fest runs all Memorial Day Weekend, 5/26-28."
Only thing I still can't decide on is RTJ vs Wolf Parade. In a vacuum I'd choose RTJ, but they'll be at two other festivals I'm going to this year. Still haven't seen them with new material though. That's going to be a tough one.
I'll be at Sylvan Esso, but I don't really get meetups at shows. It's not like you can chat and get to know people during a set that you want to see.
Obviously chatting during a set is a no-no - it's a cool thing to do before the show or during a time when you are in the back somewhere drinking beer and not actively in the crowd.

I can say that I saw RTJ last time they were at BC, and it's fun...but I saw Wolf Parade at Bowery Ballroom last May and it was one of the top 15-20 shows I've ever been to. (So, like, top 10%.)

Yo. If you guys are seeing Sigur Ros, I'd recommend hanging back a bit. They use a bunch of lighting effects that are probably better viewed from the soundboard than the rail.

So is this going to throw future Solange fest appearances in jeopardy? I'm considering buying Panorama tickets, but considering this brings the count of artists with some cancelled dates this summer up to 4 (Frank, ATCQ, Tyler) I'm not sure how much caution to exercise

My guess is Beyonce is getting induced so I don't think it would affect her future dates.

Agreed. Remember, that act you really don't care that much about could be the favorite band or rapper of the person standing next to you.
