Emoney serves more of a purpose than any of you, especially Nate, whose incessant, garbled ramblings are so mindless and pointless that I get depressed just seeing them.
IIRC, PL and Bassnectar did end up playing together (christmas barn I think), so I'm totally okay if the analogy holds.
Yea bro, I was there, it was fucking lit bruh!
Haha yea just did a search to try and remember where I got that idea and then I saw your thread. Pretty sure my reaction to it was "oh, neat" and then never gave it another thought. Didn't realize it was a troll post. I shoulda known you were up to shenanigans.
Haha who am I kidding, I've only been listening to them for a week.
Be that as it may, I'm with you. Cliche pick or not, All My Friends is my very favorite. It is the perfect embodiment of all the complex feelings that comprise nostalgia.
Considering you've found the need to respond to my threads as if you are threatened by me I offer you some peace my confused counterpart. May you find peace in your restless soul.
Either way you slice it, the 1-2 punch of "Someone Great" and "All My Friends" is nearly impossible to beat.
Also, I'm going to go out on a limb and say that "Home" is the most underrated LCD song.
Agreed. If you listen to This Is Happening in sequence it perfectly sums up every other song. You can hear bits of every other track in it, pretty brilliant.
Am I the only one who feels that All I Want and I Can Change don't get as much love as I would have thought? I think that's also a great 1-2 punch.
LN please! I don't want them to get shafted like NMH or Belle and Sebastian at that nightmare slot of 7:30-9:30. It's always a clusterfuck.
thank god there's never late night conflicts
Can't really avoid conflicts, but for the most part I've had my mind made up during LN's vs that 7:30-9:00 slot. NMH vs Chvches vs VW in 2014 was awful.

I agree, I Can Change is definitely a top 5 song for me, and the two of them paired together is perfect. Plus I love the first like 3 minutes of You Wanted A Hit right after, all together that's a strong 15 minutes.

Let's not forget Phoenix closing Which at the same time.
I was making a pit line for Kanye West though, so my decisions were made easier.

I got really close for Phoenix and honestly had an amazing time at that show - but a large part of me will forever regret missing NMH then :/

If Kanye hadn't been playing that night, I probably would've split time between VW, NMH, and Phoenix (in that order).
It worked out though, because Lauryn Hill > Kanye > Frank Ocean would've put me very far in the back for all three shows, which were all my most anticipated of the weekend.
