I would like to believe the troll theory, but I don't see that being the case. I'm at about 10 bands I would see and about 3 I would book if this were my fest. My only hope is that everyone is wrong and LCD is not a headliner. Blasphemy around here I know, but just not a fan.

I don't know if I'm more shocked by the lineup, or the overwhelmingly good response to this initial lineup on Facebook. Wow I guess Roo knows their audience.

Happy to have Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats on the lineup. Hope they get to have an evening/night slot in a tent.
The Wood Brothers are another act that Bonnaroo introduced me too (still remember the goosebumps of hearing them play on of the first sets I saw at what was my first Bonnaroo. They've only gotten better since then. They'll likely be a Sunday day act.....maybe the Bluegrass tent even though they aren't really bluegrass.

Even with your warning that the lineup was a disappointment, I don't think I was quite ready for this.
I'm still in shock they missed the mark by this amount.
There's no way in hell I'm buying a ticket before the schedule comes out. I need to see how they try and butcher the few promising things in the lineup. Even with a perfect schedule...idk.
OMG! LMAO over here. I really wanted to do a large scale camping fest this year. I saw Okeechobee at Bonnaroo last year and don't think I can manage Coachella this late in the game. Damn. I never thought I'd be so let down by Bonnaroo.
I can't even come up with five acts I'd care to see that I haven't seen before.

I guess I would throw Dead & Co in there because I really wanted to see Dead + Mayer but I've seen all variations of Dead bands so that shouldn't count.
Seriously though....I had to struggle to find five names I haven't seen (and want to). Granted I don't know half of the names on the lineup and would likely discover a few must-sees but the list of bands I look forward to (that I haven't seen) is usually way higher.
