U2's only draw for me is that I would only care to see them at roo if booked and that seems to be the case so far. I'm sure they'll put on an over the top performance but such an "eh" band to me. Never seen Red Hot, and I know they aren't anywhere as good as they used to be, But they are still a bucket list act for me, although most of you are sick of the fact that they'll play. Saw The Weeknd at Voodoo and wasn't impressed in the slightest. People seem to hype him up too much, sounded kinda bad at first then got better sounding a song or two in. I know both U2 and The Weeknd will draw in big crowds, but if this is the top 3 then RHCP is the only one I'm excited for. Will need some good undercard acts like The Shins, Chance, Fleet Foxes, Washed Out, Flume, Spiritulized, Portugal. The Man, 311, ect. Also whatever happened to the constant guesses of Daft Punk and Gorillaz, I know Gorillaz wouldn't be touring until after they actually dropped their new album. Hoping for 2018
U2 would be a great get (although I don't see why they would suddenly start playing fests now), but I'm mystified as to how anyone is actually excited for RHCP/Weeknd any more than they would be for KOL/Drake.

To demonstrate to the youngin's why they thought they were worthy of putting their album on everybody's phone

that top 3 is pretty solid. U2 are a fantastic get that im actually surprised coachella didnt get first. RHCP is meh as hell but you cant win em all. better than calvin harris i guess. The Weeknd will be the big ticket mover for college kids and should hopefully save the 4-6 spots from the Ellie - Macklemore - J. Cole treatment.
U2 - RHCP - The Weeknd - Chance The Rapper - The National - The XX - Flume
He usually plays House of Balloons, High for This, The Morning, and sometimes Wicked Games.
He played The Party and the After Party at Hangout too, and The Birds occasionally on his last tour
Anyway the main reasons Weeknd would be better than Drake is he performs with a full band, and his sets don't just devolve into him playing hooks from his hits
1. U2 2. Red Hot Chili Peppers 3. The Weeknd 4. Kings of Leon 5. Avett Brothers (new album and they have played every two years excluding last year) 6. Lorde (need a female in the top 10, and I think she is a safer bet as her album might be out sooner than Lana's) 7. Chance the Rapper (LN) (I think the LN thing becomes a yearly thing.) 8. Major Lazer (need some EDM) 9. Hall & Oates (Throwback) 10. Kygo (need some more EDM after last year not having enough)
If this is close to the top 10, this makes me really excited. Excited for all 3 headliners, Avett Brothers always put on a good show, Chance late night would be awesome, and Hall & Oates would be amazing.
