Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
I'm hoping for Portugal. The Man! It's been a while since they've played roo, and they're releasing a new album this summer. So after their supposed confirmation and new album, I was really surprised not to see them on the bill.
I'd like them too but would assume they'd be on the lineup from the beginning since Roo likes them so much. Still....if they somehow got added I'd be really happy.

Grimes is possible; dates make some sense. Nashville date late 2015; a remember a number of bands have had that same set-up. www.grimesmusic.com/tour-dates/
Ratatat/Hot Chip- would like a solid veteran electro rock/pop group- no dates past Jan for Rat
May Tycho May Phoenix June Rooo July MMJ and Margo Price August Queen with Adam Lambert August Roger Waters (Bucket list #1) August Spoon and Portugal the man Sept Depeche Mode Sept Pilgrimage Fest
These three plus a strong EDM add- say Kraftwerk! How about that?
Bonnaroo desperately needs another legacy act to fill the Tears for Fears slot; I'd love it if we got something like Kraftwerk, Pet Shop Boys, Sparks, or Devo.

I was under the impression 2014 was a farewell tour for Devo after losing Casale. Would be nice to be wrong though.

From what I've seen and heard most of the band sans Mark would like to keep Devo going, but Mark would rather work on other projects. Sooner or later I bet that they'll do another short tour and/or release new music as long as Mark and Jerry are both up for it.

Does anybody know if ticket sales have any effect on how many additions there are, or the quality of the additions?
I feel like Tier 1 tickets sold out slower than past years but idk if that means anything
Tier 1 always sells out fast. They have like 100 tickets in that tier, it feels like.
I know, that's what it felt like in the past, I've actually missed tier 1 in previous years despite being online right when they go on sale. But I checked like 90 minutes after they went on sale today and tier 1 was still available
Just speculating if ticket sales are lower than they'd like, would they try to add some more heavy hitters to drive sales. I remember hearing they were lower than usual last year as well and they had some pretty big adds in D'Angelo and Kacey Musgraves

I haven't completely given up hope yet because of this. GIVE ME SOME DAMN GRIMES!!!

Ahh, I misread your post. Thought you were saying they sold out fast. I'm surprised they were available 90 minutes later. Guess a lot of folks are waiting for other lineups to drop.

I bought my tier 1 tickets at least two hours after they went on sale. Tickets are definitely moving slower this year.
Bonnaroo sized hole in June; Nashville date in September.
Note- no NYC or Chicago shows which tilts the scale towards Lolla and Panorama I guess. Would assume that if he plays those fests he will still return in October/November to those cities. He wouldn't festival those cities and Nashville market gets two shows. But this would assume he plays Bonnaroo.

Opinions?
that is actually a bonnaroo sized hole there, but I think it's much more likely it's time for him to rest after coming back from Europe. Would be a really lovely booking but I'm not counting on it.
