I'm still shocked they've stuck by that decision. Walking under the arch for the first time every year was something I looked forward to.
Just have 2 security people stand by the arch to make sure dipshits don't steal the sequins/graffiti/piss on/whatever.

No but they'll be remembered dearly, and their families will be compensated with the lions share of sequin shinys placed too high on the arch for even the most eager of candy kids to reach.

I was hoping that Grouplove would make an appearance this year, and while I do not have my heart set on any additions this year (even though most likely will get some), I do not believe it's unreasonable to speculate that a band of their stature could show up.
I present this as a contrast to people who suggest artists like Beck; that would be fucking awesome, but I don't see them adding anyone that big/anyone who costs that much money
