Don't mind the bold, just personal choices as I try to navigate my own mock. Maybe one or two more artist additions (aside from cafe acts)...?
Thurs: Waxahatchee > Bully > Vulfpeck > Borns > Twin Peaks Fri: Dungen > Kamasi > Leon Bridges > Fidlar > Chvrches > M83 > LCD > Tame Impala > Purity Ring Sat: Grace Potter > Two Door Cinema Club > Band of Horses > Haim > Claypool/Lennon > PJ > Big Grams > SuperJam Sun: Civil Twilight > Lettuce > Jason Isbell > Third Eye Blind > Death Cab > Father John Misty > Dead
Really hoping this schedule ends up being close. Thursday's a little weak, but that Friday would be my favorite all-around day since 2011.
I used my google sheets version of last year's schedule as a template. I didn't move any of the time slots around or adjust their lengths. I literally copied my spreadsheet, deleted all the bands from last year, and filled in this year's bands. schedule is based on the new LN information and the day by day schedule bonnaroo posted, and it was more or less built based on where the bands were booked. (ie: booked higher, play later in the day. i went over last years schedule and compared to last year's day-by-day and it roughly followed this formula). I broke this rule though when filling in the Which and What spots, so a band that is booked high may play earlier on a larger stage than a band booked lower on the list.
Some interesting notes: I didn't have to make any adjustment to the number of LN spots...all the LN artist this year fit nicely into the LN slots from last year, though it does mean that I have Tame Impala on the What stage in Deadmau5 spot.
I had to add some spots on Friday in order to get all the bands on there for that day. time slots I added are outlined with a dotted line. On sunday, I left some spots blank because there weren't enough bands to fill them up, and this is also clearly noted on the spreadsheet.

Unique mock, which is interesting considering you used last year's schedule.
Random observations:
Thursday: I like The Other Tent. Vulfpeck > Papadosio > Floozies looks great and makes sense. And I can catch Con Brio and Bully before getting dinner and heading to The Other Tent. Would be a great Thursday
Friday: What I hated about this schedule last year was just one act going after 1:30am, which guarantees it will be ridiculously packed. If I could do LCD > Tame > Bob Moses (all of Bob Moses) I'd be pretty happy with my evening. M83 on What before LCD with J. Cole conflicting with LCD on Which looks great to me. Seems like it should be the other way around though. Don't like the M83 conflict with Chvrches either. And I guess I'll have to get to the farm early to see Dungen.
Saturday: This is kind of a clusterfuck for me which means it'll probably end up like this. Some acts I could see earlier in the day but nothing really mandatory until Claypool/Lennon, and then they conflict with Lamb of God. Chris Stapleton in the Slayer slot is interesting, other mocks put him on a stage. Pearl Jam > RL Grime or Superjam to close. Saturday's overall weakness is really emphasized by your scheduling.
"White" Sunday: I could just stay at What most of the day which would be fine, jumping out in the middle to catch some of Cymande. My biggest hope for this day is Ween is on What before Dead & Co, just like you have them.

Late Night Mock :(when off of last year's times, and matched stuff up, and this is what I got....)
Fri -
Which : Tame Impala (Mid -1:30am) This : Blood Orange(11:15pm - 1215am)/ Purity Ring(1-215am) That: Bob Moses(11-1215am) / Bryson Tiller(1-215am) Other : Zed's Dead (1215-145am)
Sat-
Which : Chainsmokers(1am-215am) This : RL Grime(Mid -115am)/ Adventure Club(2-330am) That: Big Grams(Mid-115am)/ Miguel(2-315am) Other: SuperJam(130am-3am)
I have no conflicts with this schedule on Thursday or Friday (or just slight overlap that isn't a biggie). Saturday is the worse for me with conflicts between Band of Horses/Grace Potter/clutch. The Macklemore/Haim (judge me for those two idk), Claypool/Lamb of God clash/overlaps suck...bad. Best thing about Saturday is that Pearl Jam has Big Grams during part of it, so I would only have to find something to do for about an hour. Sunday isn't so bad. Kurt Vile/civil Twilight sucks, but I will be seeing Kurt Vile here in NOLA so I can live with that, but FJM and Lettuce? I really want to catch FJM, but I love me some Lettuce. He might get skipped once again. And I'd have to leave Ween early for DCFC? I do not likie.

anywho thanks for sharing, nice work.
the hardest thing was working within the constraints of not altering the existing grid. I ain't got time for that. I'm not usually into making mocks because they can be time consuming, and this way I already had the grid laid out.
I don't like the scheduling on Friday either. the M83/J. Cole schedule was pretty much a toss up. I initially had J Cole on What, but ended up swapping them to make room for Vince Staples. And it was either M83/Chvrches overlap, or M83/LCD. As for Dungen, I figured they'd occupy the sort of spot Goat, King gizzard, et al. have had the past few year. Plus there are just so many damn bands on friday I had to put them somewhere (I wasn't gonna deal with shortening set times to squeeze another set in later in the day).
Saturday was hard, because I figured Haim, Ellie, Mackles would all be guaranteed stages. And I honestly know nothing about Chris Stapleton's draw, and moving him to a stage in early afternoon could put Lamb of God in the Slayer spot.
as for sunday, I could stay at what all day as well, though I always like the SUperjam too.
trying to make this mock really made me realize that there isn't a whole lot in the middle on this line up. Top heavy and bottom feeders. And the billing on the day by day poster compared with the "likes" is all over the place. This lineup really is just a total clusterquack when it comes to demographics.

Stapleton just sold out The Wharf in Orange Beach, a 10,000 person venue. He is playing similar size sheds this summer. Not sure how that translates to scheduling at Bonnaroo. I was thinking about going to The Wharf show and just checked, thought I could mosey on in to ticketmaster.com and grab some seats. Surprised its sold out.

yeah, but as a big time country artist. I don't expect that to translate as well to the roo crowd/stage. I figured his crossover appeal with the roo lineup would diminish his draw a bit.

You realize all three of your white Sunday acts have black people in them?

I'm not disagreeing with that (although you forgot lettuce.). Still, what's up, doc?
Somewhere around here a few weeks ago we were talking about how Sunday had a higher proportion of white male performers than any day in recent bonnaroo history. I was just alluding to that.

For the fun of making mock schedules while at work, I made this earlier today. I didn't feel like posting it before because my mock obviously caters to me and its not gonna be that way in the schedule but here goes anyway. clashfinder.com/s/tommyusmockschedule/

Alright here it is! My official official last mock schedule. It was a really slow day at work so I was able to complete it all today. Some notes....yes yes I did put all of the EDM acts back to back in one tent. I figured we could as Juggs would say....block all the exits and light it on fire? JK not really...I have friends that like this sort of EDM and I'd prefer them still living. But considering how many festivals tend to have one stage mostly dedicated towards EDM, it doesn't seem like a stretch that Bonnaroo might do the same thing. I think some of my billing might be off for the singer songwriter/electronic made for tv adds pop music on Friday tbh...but I don't know nothing about that music so that's why I'm unsure. There also seems to be a lot of holes in the schedule where there could be a band playing but there isn't....but hey I didn't book this lineup. I did what I could here. But I don't know if I'm missing any bands. Bonnaroo switched around the daily schedule so that made things a little more confusing.

Thurs: This tent all day. Fri: Kamasi Washington > Dungen > FIDLAR > J. So far, my fav Friday and Sunday. I'd be totally cool with those options. Although I really want Tame Impala on the What stage so its convenient for me haha

Ween playing right in the middle of the D&C spot made me lol.
I try to keep the mock somewhat realistic, and I'll admit having Ween play during Dead & Co. is incredibly unrealistic, but since it's my personal nightmare I had to include it.
I am pretty proud of my Friday LN. I don't think it will be nearly that bad but I think at least some conflicts with LCD are reasonably possible.
