There's been plenty of EDM on before late nights in the past. See Jamie XX, SBTRKT, Zedd, Rustie, Clockwerk, Four Tet. I don't think that all of the standard EDM acts are gonna be shoved into late night.
Made some changes to my mock. Mostly just rearranging acts so that the bigger acts are more generally evenly distributed later, plus Mackelmore playing an LN Which and some shifting around on Sunday to accommodate what appears to be Dead & Co.'s time slot:

what i'd like to do Th: Con Brio > Vulfpeck > Papadosio > Bully > Marian Hill > Floozies what i'd have to do to see anything Th: Con Brio > Vulfpeck > Hundred Waters > Bully > B0RNS > Floozies - acceptable losses i guess.
F: Andra v Dungen would be a defining morning mood decision > Shamir fully overlapped by Kamasi is brutal, i'd have to at least catch one tune at Shamir and most of Kamasi > also have to split Tyler and Leon > M83 > Lucius > LCD > Tame > probably CHVRCHES over GRiZ - so much running all day.
Sa: Steve Gunn > Natalie Prass (great start after crazy friday) > maybe wander over for sumbitch > Judah & the Lion > Grace Potter > 2-Door Cinema > Claypool/Lennon > Pearl Jam > assuming Les is in charge Superjam all night otherwise i might have to do a mack/miguel sampler into big grams. quality of the day pretty much hinges on Les leading the superjam but this is perfectly laid out for me if he does.
Su: maybe a couple 3EB tunes > Saint Motel > i guess only a couple Kurt Vile tunes > Lettuce > a little Sam Bush > Ween > Dead - this is terrible for me. like legitimately worst case scenario terrible. i want to see all 4 of the pre-headliners and you also have lettuce at the same time as kurt vile and sam bush not to mention kurt vile is the first act all day i'm more than vaguely interested in. I've already come to grips with almost certainly missing the bluegrass jam for Ween and i can handle missing Misty but totally skipping Cymande would really suck.
overall i would have very mixed feelings. shamir v kamasi and the sunday horror really drag down an otherwise fun plan.
trying to figure out how to not make sunday so terrible, but I just have a feeling the first Dead set will be during other acts.
well you did a great job by putting Cymande > Lettuce > Ween in a tent. that would be a great day for me. I really hope Ween isn't on the goddamn Which stage.

Also one of my favorite Sunday schedules I've seen, and I think the only that lets me see each act I like on Sunday. Givers -> Death Cab -> (first half of) Lettuce -> Lord Huron -> FJM -> Dead & Co 2nd set.

And wow, you're like a walking, talking infomercial to turn people away from Pearl Jam and Ohio State, aren't you? Before you started posting here I quite liked Pearl Jam and was indifferent towards OSU, now I find myself wishing that Eddie Vedder falls down a mine shaft or that Columbus is infested with locusts
A bit off topic, but I'm tempted to calculate the ratio of white male performers on Sunday to total performers.
Cymande is the only act I can think of with black performers, are there any females other than the girl in Givers and Sara Watkins? Official white male power day at Bonnaroo.

Wow... you may be right. I knew there was a theme to Sunday, i just couldn't put my finger on it.
